1. Harboring Dangerous Dog Arrest, 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 17, 2020, 600 block Wyncroft Lane (LT) – Aaryon Arroyo-Ortiz, M/18, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after his dog left his property and attacked another person and their dog. During the incident, the victims were scratched and bit. A citation was filed.
2. Dog Law Violation Arrests, 4:15 p.m., Monday, March 16, 2020, 1900 block Edington Place (LT) – Kerry L. Egan, F/41, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with a series of dog law violations after her dog left her property and aggressively charged at persons walking in the area. During the investigation, officers determined that the dog was not properly licensed and did not have the vaccines required by law. Egan had also been previously warned for allowing her dog to run at large. Three (3) citations were filed – Running at Large, Failure to Register, Failure to Obtain Vaccines.
1. Theft, Monday, March 23, 2020, 300 block Dickens Drive (LT) – Unknown person/s stole a package that had been delivered to a front porch. Total loss: $500.00.
2. Theft From Motor Vehicle, March 21 to 25, 2020, 600 block Wyncroft Lane (LT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle which sat parked in the area. No items taken.
