ARRESTS
1. Possession of Oxycodone / Public Drunkenness Arrest, 3:31 p.m., Saturday, March 20, 2021, 1957 Fruitville Pike – Nature’s Way Glass Gallery (MT) – Dhruv Patel, M/27, of Philadelphia, PA, was charged with the above offenses after he fell unconscious from an apparent drug overdose. Patel was revived by emergency responders and found in possession of oxycodone. Patel admitted to consuming the oxycodone before entering the store. A criminal complaint was filed.
2. DUI Arrest, 3:01 a.m., Sunday, February 28, 2021, Columbia Avenue at North President Avenue (LT) – Ayla C. DeJesus, F/30, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a crash investigation. DeJesus was identified as a driver in that crash and exhibited signs of impairment. A blood sample was obtained from DeJesus, and chemical analysis of that sample yielded the presence of amphetamine, methamphetamine, and alprazolam. A criminal complaint was filed.
3. Possession of Marijuana Arrest, 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 17, 2021, 1000 block Columbia Avenue (LT) – Felicia Lafern Brown, F/36, of Mountville, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for an expired registration plate. Officers searched Brown’s vehicle, which yielded marijuana. A criminal complaint was filed.
4. Retail Theft Arrest, 4:55 p.m., Monday, March 22, 2021, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Kelly A. Albright, F/43, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed stealing $74.40 worth of merchandise from the store. A citation was issued.
5. DUI Arrest, 6:34 p.m., Monday, March 22, 2021, 800 block Skyline Drive (MT) – Shonnel M. Pinkney, F/47, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed driving in reverse upon a residential roadway, at a high rate of speed. Pinkney exhibited signs of impairment and admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to driving. Pinkney was arrested and refused chemical testing. A criminal complaint was filed.
6. Loitering and Prowling at Nighttime Arrest, 3:12 a.m., Saturday, March 20, 2021, 1100 block Maple Avenue (LT) – Billy E. McCracken, M/59, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed loitering around occupied dwellings not owned by him. McCracken had no reason or permission to be in the area. He was arrested, processed, and released. A criminal complaint was filed.
7. False Identification to Law Enforcement Arrest, 2:41 p.m., Saturday, March 20, 2021, Millersville Pike at North Bausman Drive (LT) – Jean Carlos Rivera-Gonzalez, M/30, of Grantville, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for a cracked windshield and window tinting. When asked for identification, Rivera-Gonzalez provided a false name and date of birth to the officer. Rivera-Gonzalez’s true identity was learned, and it was discovered he was listed as a wanted person. Rivera-Gonzalez was arrested on the outstanding warrant and turned over to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office. The False Identification to Law Enforcement charge was filed.
8. Criminal Trespass / Loitering and Prowling at Nighttime Arrest, 8:12 p.m., Wednesday, March 24, 2021, 1500 block Hollywood Drive (MT) – Fernando Miraye, M/26, homeless, was charged with the above offenses after he was observed attempting to open the front door of a residence, where he did not belong. Miraye was also observed standing on the back porch of the same residence. Officers located Miraye a short distance away and took him into physical custody. A criminal complaint was filed.

Selective Traffic Enforcement Detail, 7:00 to 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 17, 2021, 1700 block Eden Road (MT) – Officers performed a speed enforcement detail, stopping twenty-two (22) motorists, which resulted in seventeen (17) citations and six (6) written warnings being issued. The highest recorded speed was 50 MPH in this 25 MPH posted zone.
2. Theft From Motor Vehicle, 2:37 to 8:45 a.m., Wednesday, March 17, 2021, 500 block Candlewyck Road (MT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle as it sat parked in the area. A watch, valued at $250.00, was taken.
3. Burglary, March 12 to 13, 2021, 800 block Bent Creek Drive (MT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle, housed in an unlocked garage. Once inside, $100.00 was taken from a purse, sitting on the front seat.
4. Vehicle Theft, March 7 to 14, 2021, 800 block Pleasure Road (MT) – Unknown person/s stole a 2003 Mitsubishi Montero as it sat parked in the area. The vehicle was unlocked, with the keys sitting on the front seat. Total loss: $1,500.00.
5. Theft From Motor Vehicle, 1:47 a.m., Wednesday, March 17, 2021, 400 block Candlewyck Road (MT) – Unknown person/s entered a vehicle as it sat parked in the area, and stole a Smith & Wesson 9mm handgun. Total loss: $592.00.
6. Theft of Lost or Mislaid Property, 3:33 p.m., Friday, March 19, 2021, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – The victim purchased Apple AirPods at the store, and accidentally dropped them on the ground when leaving. An unknown white male picked up the item and left with it. Total loss: $145.00.
7. Selective Traffic Enforcement Detail, 7:00 to 11:00 a.m., Monday, March 22, 2021, 1700 block Eden Road (MT) – Officers performed a speed enforcement detail, stopping eighteen (18) motorists, which resulted in five (5) citations and thirteen (13) written warnings being issued. The highest recorded speed was 51 MPH in this 25 MPH posted zone.
8. Criminal Mischief, March 20 to 22, 2021, 630 Janet Avenue – Lancaster County Community Service (MT) – Unknown person/s damaged a garage door, causing a $2,000.00 loss.
9. Theft, 2:30 to 3:00 p.m., Monday, March 22, 2021, 1106 Millersville Pike – Big Wash Laundromat (LT) – Unknown person/s stole $400.00 worth of assorted clothing from the laundromat.
10. Vehicle Theft, March 21 to 22, 2021, 1700 block Longview Drive (MT) – Unknown person/s stole a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder as it sat parked overnight. The vehicle was unlocked, with the keys sitting in the center console. Total loss: $18,000.00.
11. Theft, March 21 to 22, 2021, 700 block Wyncroft Lane (LT) – Unknown person/s stole a bicycle from a balcony. Total loss: $125.00.
12. Selective Traffic Enforcement Detail, 7:00 to 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 23, 2021, 1700 block Eden Road (MT) – Officers performed a speed enforcement detail, stopping eleven (11) motorists, which resulted in seven (7) citations and four (4) written warnings being issued. The highest recorded speed was 53 MPH in this 25 MPH posted zone.
13. Selective Traffic Enforcement Detail, 2:00 to 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 23, 2021, 3100 block Oregon Pike (MT) – Officers performed a speed enforcement detail, stopping fifteen (15) motorists, which resulted in six (6) citations and ten (10) written warnings being issued. The highest recorded speed was 79 MPH in this 45 MPH posted zone.
14. Criminal Mischief, March 22 to 23, 2021, 300 block Ashford Drive (MT) – Unknown person/s fired a BB or pellet through the backboard of a basketball net. Total loss: $250.00.
15. Theft, 6:25 a.m., Wednesday, March 24, 2021, 1000 block North Duke Street (MT) – An unknown white male stole a pillow and cooking pot from a residential front porch. Total loss: $15.00.
