Daily News Release - Thursday 2/8/2018

ARRESTS

1. Retail Theft Arrest, 5:13 p.m., Saturday, February 3, 2018, 1204 Millersville Pike – Weis Markets (LT) – Derek S. Weachter, M/24, of East Petersburg, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed attempting to steal $150.69 worth of steaks.  A criminal complaint was filed.

2. Retail Theft Arrest, 8:11 p.m., Friday, February 3, 2018, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Anastasia J. Perez, F/18, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed stealing $18.76 worth of merchandise from the store.  A citation was filed.

3. Public Drunkenness Arrest, 8:57 p.m., Sunday, February 4, 2018, 616 Paxton Place – UnCommon Pizza (MT) – Alexis J. Tangert, F/27, of East Petersburg, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed intoxicated and falling over in the parking lot.  A citation was filed.

4. DUI Arrest, 7:34 p.m., Sunday, February 4, 2018, Columbia Avenue at Abbeyville Road (LT) – Ronald J. Guillory, M/30, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop.  Guillory exhibited signs of impairment and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.203%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

5. Retail Theft Arrest, 3:34 p.m., Monday, February 5, 2018, 1204 Millersville Pike (LT) – Derek Nathaniel Eisenberger, M/34, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed stealing $46.07 worth of merchandise from the store.  A criminal complaint was filed.

6. Retail Theft Arrest, 9:03 a.m., Monday, February 5, 2018, 1360 Columbia Avenue – Giant Food Store (LT) – Louisa Jorgette Warrington, F/35, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed stealing $91.25 worth of merchandise from the store.  A criminal complaint was filed and a warrant for her arrest obtained.  Warrington remains a wanted person at this time.  Any person knowing the whereabouts of Warrington should call the Manheim Township Police Department at 717-569-6401 or leave an anonymous tip using our Crimewatch website.

CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1. Theft From Motor Vehicle, 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, February 7, 2018, 1605 Lititz Pike – Giant Food Store (MT) – Numerous items stolen from a parked/unattended vehicle.  Total loss: $309.00.

2. Theft, January 7-February 7, 2018, 900 block East King Street (LT) – Theft of money.  Total loss: $45.00.
