ARRESTS

1.  Retail Theft Arrest, 12:44 p.m., Monday, December 14, 2020, 1643 Manheim Pike – Weis Markets (MT) – Agustin Mercado-Luciano, M/53, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed stealing $215.06 worth of merchandise from the store.  A criminal complaint was filed.

2.  Possession of Marijuana Arrest, 12:36 p.m., Thursday, December 31, 2020, 900 block Hamilton Park Drive (LT) – Scott Andrew Uttley, M/42, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed sitting inside a vehicle.  Officers approached Uttley’s vehicle and smelled marijuana coming from inside.  Officers searched Uttley’s vehicle, which yielded marijuana.  A criminal complaint was filed.

3.  Dog Law Violation Arrest, 2:37 p.m., Tuesday, December 22, 2020, 800 block Pleasure Road (MT) – Marian O. Mullen, F/26, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after her dog bit a person running on a public sidewalk.  The bite was unprovoked and the victim sustained puncture wounds.  A citation for Harboring a Dangerous Dog was filed against Mullen.

4.  DUI Arrest, 2:51 a.m., Thursday, December 31, 2020, 300 block Rosedale Avenue (LT) – Eli S. Martinez, M/44, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a crash investigation.  Martinez was identified as a driver in that crash and exhibited signs of impairment.  He was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.135%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

5.  Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 7:42 a.m., Tuesday, January 5, 2021, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Jacek Rakawek, M/61, of Mountville, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed yelling and causing a disturbance inside the store.  Rakawek was arrested, removed from the store, issued a citation, and released from custody.

6.  Possession With Intent to Deliver Marijuana / Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Adderall Arrest, 5:17 p.m., Tuesday, January 5, 2021, 2800 block Lititz Pike (MT) – Jonathan Michael Tshudy, M/24, of Lititz, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a crash investigation.  Tshudy was identified as a driver in that crash, and officers smelled the odor of marijuana coming from inside his vehicle.  Officers searched Tshudy’s vehicle which yielded 176.9g of marijuana packaged in four (4) separate baggies, thirty (30) pills of Adderall, two (2) lighters, and $690 in cash.  Tshudy was arrested, processed, and taken to Central Arraignment.

7.  Possession With Intent to Deliver Marijuana / Possession With Intent to Deliver Crack Cocaine / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 11:27 p.m., Saturday, January 2, 2021, 1200 block Lititz Pike (MT) – Gregory Manuel De Los Santos-Garcia, M/29, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop for an inoperable brake lamp.  Officers observed a marijuana grinder in plain view and performed a search of the vehicle.  The search yielded 638.43g of marijuana (1.41lbs) and 6.21g of crack cocaine.  De Los Santos-Garcia was arrested, processed, and taken to Central Arraignment.

8.  Possession With Intent to Deliver Marijuana/THC / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 1:54 p.m., Tuesday, December 15, 2020, Millersville Pike at North Bausman Drive (LT) – Alexander A. Delgado, M/24, of Leola, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop for a registration plate and driver’s license infraction.  Officers searched Delgado’s vehicle, which yielded numerous THC candies, 31.28g of marijuana, baggies, a digital scale, and smoking devices.  Delgado was arrested, processed, and taken to Central Arraignment.
