ARRESTS

1.  Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 9:52 p.m., Tuesday, October 29, 2019, 1400 Harrisburg Pike – United States Post Office (MT) – Marcheyll A. Nornhold, F/24, of Harrisburg, PA, was charged with the above offense after she got into another person at the post office.  Nornhold’s actions alarmed others.  A citation was filed.

2.  Retail Theft Arrest, 2:36 p.m., Friday, November 1, 2019, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Pamela Sue Tipton, F/47, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed stealing $228.30 worth of merchandise from the store.  She was arrested, processed, and taken to Central Arraignment.


CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, November 5 to 6, 2019, 300 block Spencer Avenue (LT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a backpack, headphones, clothing and money.  Total loss: $420.00.

2.  Retail Theft, 9:35 a.m., Wednesday, November 6, 2019, 1565 Fruitville Pike – Fine Wine & Good Spirits (MT) – An unknown white male stole a bottle of liquor, valued at $17.99.

3.  Forgery, 10:57 a.m., Wednesday, November 6, 2019, 616 Paxton Place – UnCommon Pizza (MT) – Unknown person/s used a counterfeit $10.00 bill to pay their bill.

4.  Retail Theft, 1:29 p.m., Wednesday, November 6, 2019, 1204 Millersville Pike – Weis Markets (LT) – An unknown male stole $51.96 worth of cooked shrimp.

5.  Theft, October 11 to 30, 2019, 900 block East King Street (LT) – Unknown person/s stole $50.00 from a room.

6.  Access Device Fraud, 8:46 p.m., Wednesday, November 6, 2019, 1000 block Roesser Drive (MT) – Unknown person/s attempted to access the victim’s credit card and make fraudulent purchases.
