ARRESTS

1.  Public Drunkenness / Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 1:55 a.m., Sunday, November 10, 2019, 2500 block Lititz Pike (MT) – Shawna Michelle Pridgen, F/30, of Bird-In-Hand, PA, was charged with the above offenses after she was observed fighting and yelling in a parking lot, while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.

2.  Possession of Heroin Arrest, 10:38 a.m., Wednesday, November 13, 2019, 2042 Lititz Pike – Overlook Park (MT) – Andrew Lee Fellenbaum, M/27, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a report of suspicious activity in the park.  Officers located Fellenbaum and discovered he had an active warrant out for his arrest.  Officers took him into physical custody and during a search incident to arrest found heroin on his person.  A criminal complaint was filed.

3.  Harassment Arrests, 5:29 p.m., Sunday, November 10, 2019, 900 block Edgewood Avenue (LT) – Sherry L. Pritz, F/38, and Jorge J. Cruz-Santiago, M/49, both of Lancaster, PA, were charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute at Pritz’s residence.  During the altercation, Pritz slapped Cruz-Santiago in the face, while Cruz-Santiago struck Pritz in the chest with her cell phone.  A citation was filed against each party.

4.  Public Drunkenness Arrest, 3:20 a.m., Sunday, November 10, 2019, 1360 Columbia Avenue – Giant Food Store (LT) – Rolston A. Sturkey, M/29, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was found under the influence of alcoholic beverages inside of his vehicle, covered in vomit.  A citation was filed.

5.  Indirect Criminal Contempt (Protection From Abuse Order Violation) Arrest, 1:49 p.m., Sunday, November 10, 2019, 1500 block Lititz Pike (MT) – Russell T. Wilson, M/33, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he made contact with a protected person.  Wilson was arrested, processed, and taken to Central Arraignment.

6.  DUI Arrest, 8:57 p.m., Sunday, October 20, 2019, Hess Boulevard (MT) – Samuel Santos, II, M/26, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a crash investigation.  Santos, II was identified as a driver in that crash and exhibited signs of impairment.  Santos, II was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.137%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

7.  DUI Arrest, 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, October 9, 2019, 1000 block East Oregon Road (MT) – Stacy Ann Martin, F/49, of Ephrata, PA, was charged with the above offense following a crash investigation.  Martin was identified as a driver in that crash and exhibited signs of impairment.  Martin provided a blood sample which yielded the presence of Amphetamine and Methamphetamine.  A criminal complaint was filed.

8.  Ignition Interlock System Arrest, 8:24 a.m., Tuesday, November 12, 2019, 1800 block Lititz Pike (MT) – Scott William Herrmann, M/37, of Fairless Hills, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for an expired registration plate.  Officers discovered that Herrmann was required to have an ignition interlock system installed on the vehicle he was using, due to a prior DUI conviction.  The vehicle did not have the system installed.  Herrmann was arrested, processed, and released.  A criminal complaint was filed.

9.  Disorderly Conduct Arrests, 3:47 p.m., Wednesday, November 6, 2019, 100 block Dickens Drive (LT) – James Y. Mensah, M/36, of Lancaster, PA, and Jose Santos, Jr., were charged with the above offense after they were observed engaging in a physical fight in the common area of an apartment complex.  A citation was filed against each party.

10.  Animal Control Violation Arrest, 9:50 a.m., Friday, November 8, 2019, 2100 block Coventry Road (MT) – John L. Snoke, M/78, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed caring for feral cats and letting them run at large.  Snoke had previously been warned for the same offense.  A citation was filed.

11.  DUI Arrest, 12:52 a.m., Monday, November 11, 2019, 900 block East Orange Street (LT) – Brittany N. Christian, F/29, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for an expired registration plate.  Christian exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.  She refused chemical testing.  A criminal complaint was filed.

12.  Theft Arrests, September 27 to October 10, 2019, 1340 Columbia Avenue – Taco Bell (LT) – Gilberto Ramos, Jr., M/26, and Aileen Marie Alvarado, F/19, both of Lancaster, PA, were charged with the above offense following an investigation into employee theft.  Alvarado, an employee of the restaurant at the time, worked with Ramos, Jr., to refund meals / transactions and steal the cash value of them.  In total, Ramos, Jr. placed eight (8) orders with Alvarado, which he did not pay for.  Alvarado then refunded Ramos, Jr. a total of $273.94.  A criminal complaint was filed against each party.

13.  Retail Theft Arrest, 6:26 p.m., Friday, November 8, 2019, 1278 Millersville Pike – CVS Pharmacy (LT) – Luzcelina L. Mattey, F/23, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed stealing $24.98 worth of items from the store.  She was arrested, processed, and released.  A criminal complaint was filed.

14.  Retail Theft / Flight to Avoid Apprehension Arrest, 1:52 p.m., Friday, November 8, 2019, 1278 Millersville Pike – CVS Pharmacy (LT) – Bryan Duarte-Lebron, M/27, homeless, was charged with the above offense after he was observed stealing $87.36 worth of items from the store.  The male fled the store prior to police arrival, but was spotted by an officer responding to the call.  Duarte-Lebron fled from the officer on foot.  He was taken into custody after a brief foot chase.  Duarte-Lebron was processed and taken to Central Arraignment.

15.  Retail Theft Arrest, 1:50 p.m., Wednesday, June 12, 2019, 1643 Manheim Pike – Weis Markets (MT) – Jose Rafael Colon-Alvarado, M/24, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed stealing $233.82 worth of merchandise.  A criminal complaint was filed.


CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1.  Criminal Mischief, November 8 to 12, 2019, 140 Marble Drive – School Specialty Inc. (MT) – Unknown person/s spray-painted two (2) trailers and a building.  Total loss unknown.
