1. Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 7:55 p.m., Saturday, August 18, 2018, 1401 Manheim Pike – Popeyes (MT) – Samuel E. Gomez, M/25, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he screamed and cursed at another person in the drive-thru. The altercation was witnessed by ten (10) to twelve (12) customers who became alarmed. A citation was filed.
2. Criminal Trespass Arrests, 5:50 p.m., Saturday, August 18, 2018, 1346 Harrisburg Pike – Norfolk Southern (MT) – Wildalys Sandell, F/39, and Louis D. Hargrove, both of Lancaster, PA, were charged with the above offense after they entered the Norfolk Southern railyard and began climbing on rail cars. The railyard is posted with “No Trespassing” signs. A citation was filed against each person.
3. Hindering Apprehension Arrest, 8:38 p.m., Friday, August 17, 2018, 500 block Greenhowe Drive (MT) – Timothy Jason Sherrin, M/36, of Lititz, PA, was charged with the above offense following a warrant execution at his residence. Officers responded to Sherrin’s home to assist another Lancaster County police agency with an unrelated investigation. While on scene, officers determined there was a wanted person inside Sherrin’s residence. Sherrin attempted to stall the officers while the wanted person hid themselves in a closet. The wanted person was located and arrested without incident. A criminal complaint was filed against Sherrin for his actions.
4. DUI Arrest, 8:28 p.m., Monday, August 13, 2018, 900 block East King Street (LT) – Jeffrey Charles Stanley, M/59, of Columbia, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop. Stanley exhibited signs of impairment and admitted to using synthetic marijuana. A criminal complaint was filed.
