ARRESTS

1.  Public Drunkenness Arrest, 8:20 p.m., Thursday, November 1, 2018, Rider Avenue at Edgewood Avenue (LT) – Reimond R. Garcia, M/51, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed passed out in the middle of the street while under the influence of alcohol.  A citation was filed.

2.  Theft / Criminal Conspiracy Arrest, 3:38 p.m., Tuesday, October 30, 2018, 2800 block Fiddler’s Green Road (MT) – A 14-year-old juvenile was charged with the above offense after they conspired with another person to steal packages from the front porch of a residence.  Total loss: $25.00.  A juvenile allegation was filed with Juvenile Probation.

3.  Public Drunkenness Arrest, 5:52 p.m., Tuesday, October 30, 2018, 1298 Millersville Pike – Burger King (LT) – Gary W. Colatosti, Jr., M/27, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he overdosed on heroin.  A citation was filed.

4.  Harassment Arrest, 9:02 p.m., Tuesday, October 30, 2018, 1600 block Judie Lane (LT) – Evens Pierre, M/25, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute at his residence.  During the altercation, Pierre struck the victim in the eye with a fist.  A citation was filed.

5.  Retail Theft Arrests, 7:57 p.m., Wednesday, September 26, 2018, 1585 Fruitville Pike – Nordstrom Rack Shoes (MT) – Kenya Marie Tucker, F/21, and Carmen Esther Negron-Roldan, F/29, both of Lancaster, PA, were charged with the above offense after they were observed stealing $805.03 worth of items from the store.  A criminal complaint was filed against each person.

CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, 3:03 a.m., Friday, November 2, 2018, Riverside Avenue (LT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle and stole $25.00 worth of items.

2.  Retail Theft, 5:35 p.m., Thursday, November 1, 2018, 1565 Fruitville Pike – Fine Wine and Good Spirits (MT) – Three unknown black males stole $249.04 worth of liquor from the store.  Investigation continues.

3.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, November 1-2, 2018, 100 block Knollwood Drive (MT) – Unknown person/s entered the trunk of a vehicle as it sat parked overnight.  $1,500.00 worth of electronics were taken.

4.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, November 1-2, 2018, 100 block Conestoga Boulevard (LT) – Unknown person/s stole a purse from an unlocked vehicle which sat parked.  Credit cards from within the purse were later used to make fraudulent purchases.  Total loss: $360.00.  Investigation continues.

5.  Retail Theft, 1:58 p.m., Friday, November 2, 2018, 1565 Fruitville Pike – Fine Wine and Good Spirits (MT) – An unknown white male stole $209.97 worth of liquor from the store.  Investigation continues.

6.  Theft of Motor Vehicle Parts / Accessories, October 31 to November 1, 2018, 400 block Eden Road (MT) – Unknown person/s removed the catalytic converter from a vehicle which sat parked overnight.  Total loss: $500.00.

7.  Burglary, 3:00-8:30 p.m., Saturday, November 3, 2018, 700 block East Oregon Road (MT) – Unknown person/s entered the residence and stole $15,000.00 worth of jewelry.  Investigation continues.

8.  Burglary / Vehicle Theft, 5:00-9:30 p.m., Saturday, November 3, 2018, 1000 block Olde Hickory Road (MT) – Unknown person/s forced entry into the residence and stole a purse.  Inside the purse were the keys to a BMW, which was parked outside.  The BMW was subsequently stolen.  Total loss: $24,200.00.  Investigation continues.
