ARRESTS

1.  Possession of Marijuana Arrest, 5:49 p.m., Friday, November 16, 2018, Michelle Drive (LT) – A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with the above offense after officers were called to the address for persons observed smoking marijuana in the laundry room.  The juvenile was located and found in possession of marijuana.  A juvenile allegation was filed with Juvenile Probation.

2.  Disorderly Conduct / Public Drunkenness Arrest, 7:43 p.m., Saturday, November 17, 2018, 100 block Rider Avenue (LT) – Rikki J. Danz, F/34, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses after she, without provocation, began to argue with a female leaving her place of employment.  Danz was also heavily intoxicated at the time of the altercation.  Two (2) citations were filed.

3.  Underage Drinking Arrest, 12:00 a.m., Saturday, November 25, 2018, East Liberty Street (MT) – Robert Irvin Good, M/18, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he knowingly consumed alcohol being under the age of 21.  A citation was filed.

4.  Harassment Arrest, 12:38 a.m., Wednesday, November 21, 2018, 2200 block Coventry Road (MT) – Angel Luis Espada, M/39, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with two (2) counts of the above offense after he punched one (1) person in the eye, and scratched another person during an argument.  Two (2) citations were filed.

5.  Possession of Marijuana Arrest, 12:01 p.m., Saturday, November 10, 2018, 900 block East King Street (LT) – Elias F. Santiago, M/28, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for an equipment violation.  Officers searched Santiago’s vehicle which yielded marijuana.  A criminal complaint was filed.

6.  Possession of Marijuana Arrest, 12:39 a.m., Saturday, November 24, 2018, 1200 block Lititz Pike (MT) – Carlos L. Rosario, M/26, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for an expired registration plate.  Officers searched Rosario’s vehicle which yielded marijuana.  A criminal complaint was filed.

7.  Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 9:18 p.m., Friday, November 23, 2018, East King Street at North Broad Street (LT) – Yalisa C. Acosta, F/28, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop for an inoperable taillight.  Officers searched Acosta’s vehicle which yielded marijuana and a smoking device.  A criminal complaint was filed.

8.  Harassment Arrests, 6:54 p.m., Wednesday, November 21, 2018, 1700 block Betz Farm Drive (LT) – Joseph N. Goodling, M/32, and Midgalia Rivera, F/36, both of Lancaster, PA, were charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute at Rivera’s residence.  During the altercation, Goodling grabbed Rivera by the neck and shoved her, while Rivera scratched at Goodling’s neck and threw a trash can at his vehicle.  A citation was filed against both parties.

9.  Retail Theft / Theft Arrest, 8:19 p.m., Sunday, October 21, 2018, 2900 Oregon Pike – Oregon Dairy (MT) – Shanielle R. Fox, F/35, of Denver, PA, was charged with the above offenses after she was observed stealing $64.93 worth of merchandise and a donation box valued at $165.14.  A criminal complaint was filed.

10.  DUI Arrest, 2:20 a.m., Thursday, November 22, 2018, Route 283 West at Manheim Pike (MT) – Kristopher Francis Nunziata, M/39, of Elizabethtown, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for speeding.  Nunziata exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.  Chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.146%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

11.  DUI Arrest, 7:59 p.m., Monday, November 19, 2018, Manheim Pike at Route 283 East (MT) – Kimberly D. Canipe, F/47, of New Holland, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for erratic driving.  While speaking with Canipe, officers detected an open beer can on the floor.  Canipe exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.  Chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.154%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

12.  DUI Arrest, 10:16 p.m., Wednesday, November 23, 2018, 1500 block Apollo Drive (MT) – Nathan W. Maclane, M/39, of Mount Penn, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop after his vehicle was discovered stopped in the middle of the roadway.  Officers approached and found Maclane asleep behind the wheel of the running vehicle.  He exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.  Maclane refused chemical testing.  A criminal complaint was filed.

CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, November 20-21, 2018, 2100 block Coventry Road (MT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a wallet and contents.  Total loss: $25.00.

2.  Theft, 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 20, 2018 100 block Pinetown Road (MT) – Unknown person/s stole a wheel and tire from a vehicle parked in the driveway.  Total loss: $1,000.00.

3.  Theft By Deception, 12:27 p.m., Tuesday, November 20, 2018, 1360 Columbia Avenue – Giant Food Store (LT) – Unknown person/s used $248.75 worth of fraudulent coupons at the store.  Investigation continues.

4.  Retail Theft, 4:58 p.m., Sunday, November 11, 2018, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – An unknown male stole two (2) cell phones valued at $118.00.  Investigation continues. 

5.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, November 20-21, 2018, 100 block Maple Lane (MT) – Unknown person/s entered a vehicle and stole a wallet and contents.  Total loss: $800.00.

6.  Theft of Lost or Mislaid Property, 2:24 p.m., Friday, November 23, 2018, 5959 Main Street – Turkey Hill (EP) – Unknown person/s stole a wallet and contents after it was accidentally left behind by a customer.  Unknown loss.

7.  Forgery, 4:40 p.m., Friday, November 23, 2018, 1507 Lititz Pike – CVS Pharmacy (MT) – An unknown male attempted to fill a fraudulent prescription at the pharmacy.  Total loss: $54.00.  Investigation continues.

8.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, 7:30-9:00 p.m., Friday, November 23, 2018, 1081 North Plum Street – American Bar & Grill (MT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a backpack containing a laptop computer.  Total loss: $1,020.00.

9.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, 8:00-10:00 p.m., Friday, November 23, 2018, 1100 block Helen Avenue (MT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle and stole $260.00 worth of property.

10.  Criminal Mischief, November 23-24, 2018, 1900 block Pleasant Place (MT) – Unknown person/s damaged a storm window.  Total loss: $100.00.

11.  Vehicle Theft, 10:42 p.m., Sunday, November 25, 2018, 1501 Manheim Pike – Turkey Hill (MT) – An unknown person stole a gold 1995 Toyota Camry sedan after the owner left it running and unlocked while they went into the store.  The vehicle was later recovered by the Pennsylvania State Police after it was involved in a hit & run crash in Paradise Township.  Investigation continues.
