1. Public Drunkenness Arrest, 12:28 p.m., Saturday, June 9, 2018, 1400 block Fruitville Pike (MT) – Herbert Scrivener, M/37, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he consumed a bottle of wine and passed out, lying half in a landscaping bed, and half on Fruitville Pike. A citation was filed.
2. Theft By Unlawful Taking Arrest, 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 1, 2018, 900 block East King Street (LT) – Neil S. Horning, M/50, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he stole an electronic tablet from another person. Total loss: $199.00. A criminal complaint was filed.
3. Failure to Use Ignition Interlock Arrest, 5:38 a.m., Saturday, June 6, 2018, 2600 block Fruitville Pike (MT) – Chad E. Zander, M/38, of York Haven, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop. It was determined that Zander was operating a vehicle that was not equipped with an ignition interlock system as part of a sanction for a DUI conviction. A criminal complaint was filed.

1. Retail Theft, 12:04 p.m., Sunday, June 10, 2018, 1605 Lititz Pike – Giant Food Store (MT) – An unknown male stole $113.88 worth of merchandise from the store and fled. Investigation continues.
