ARRESTS

1.  DUI Arrest, 12:01 a.m., Saturday, April 27, 2019, 1600 block Lititz Pike (MT) – Melissa M. Leibig, F/33, of Lititz, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for erratic driving.  Leibig exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.  Chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.150%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

2.  DUI Arrest, 2:59 a.m., Sunday, April 28, 2019, Route 283 East at Manheim Pike (MT) – Kaitlyn E. Cody, F/28, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed asleep behind the wheel of a running vehicle, stopped alongside the roadway.  Cody exhibited signs of impairment and admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages.  Cody was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.162%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

3.  Public Drunkenness Arrest, 1:54 a.m., Saturday, April 27, 2019, 541 Airport Road – Penn Cinema (MT) – Paul Reiff Rissler, M/22, of East Earl, PA, was charged with the above offense after he vomited inside the movie theater, which alarmed others in the area.  Rissler was heavily intoxicated at the time of the incident.  A citation was issued.

4.  DUI Arrest, 9:58 p.m., Saturday, April 27, 2019, Route 222 South at Route 30 West (MT) – Shaun M. Newman, M/26, of Columbia, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for speeding.  Newman exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.  Chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.100%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

5.  Theft Arrest, 11:22 a.m., Tuesday, April 23, 2019, 1360 Columbia Avenue – Giant Food Store (LT) – Briana Perez, F/18, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following an investigation into employee theft at the store.  Perez, an employee of Giant Food Store, was observed stealing cash from the register on two (2) occasions.  Total loss: $100.00.  She was arrested, processed, and released from custody.  A criminal complaint was filed.

CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1.  Thefts From Motor Vehicle, April 25-26, 2019, 600 block Paxton Place (MT) – Unknown person/s entered two (2) vehicles as they sat parked overnight and stole two (2) bags, a tablet, and loose change.  Total loss: $1,378.00.

2.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, 12:00 to 6:20 a.m., Friday, April 26, 2019, 100 block Pulte Road (MT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a wallet and contents.  A debit card in the wallet was later used to make fraudulent purchases.  Total loss: $82.50.  Investigation continues.

3.  Criminal Mischief, 1:00 p.m., Thursday, April 25, 2019, 300 block South School Lane (LT) – Unknown person/s damaged the windshield of a vehicle parked at this location.  Total loss: $249.10.

4.  Theft, April 16 to 25, 2019, Conestoga Drive (MT) – Unknown person/s stole $120.00 from a wallet.

5.  Retail Theft, 1:13 p.m., Thursday, April 25, 2019, 1605 Lititz Pike – Giant Food Store (MT) – An unknown white male stole twenty (20) cans of baby formula from the store and fled in a vehicle.  Total loss: $319.00.  Investigation continues.

6.  Theft of Lost or Mislaid Property, 1:08 p.m., Friday, April 26, 2019, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – An unknown white male stole $60.00 that was accidentally left at a self-check-out register.  Investigation continues.

7.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, April 24 to 27, 2019, 2800 block Pebblebrook Drive (MT) – Unknown person/s entered a vehicle as it sat parked and stole $137.00 worth of items.

8.   Burglary, 8:20 p.m. Saturday, April 27th to 8:00 a.m., Sunday, April 28th, 2019, 1300 Lititz Pike – LA Fitness (MT) – Unknown person/s made entry into the business during the overnight hours.  Once inside, several pieces of gym equipment were damaged and a fire extinguisher was discharged.  A computer was also stolen.  Total loss: $25,000.00.  Investigation continues.

9.  Criminal Mischief, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Sunday, April 28, 2019, 1400 block Millersville Pike (LT) – Unknown person/s smashed the rear windshield of a vehicle which sat parked.  Total loss: $304.00.

10.  Vehicle Theft, April 27 to 28, 2019, Parkside Avenue (LT) – Unknown person/s stole a white 2017 Honda Pilot SUV as it sat parked overnight at a residence.  Total loss: $30,000.00.

11.  Institutional Vandalism, April 27 to 28, 2019, 375 Golf Drive – Manheim Township Dog Park (MT) – Unknown person/s kicked one of the gates at the dog park, breaking the locking mechanism.  Total loss unknown.

12.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, 10:06 p.m., Sunday, April 28, 2019, 100 block South President Avenue (LT) – Unknown person/s entered a vehicle and stole $6.00.
