ARRESTS

1.  Harassment Arrest, 6:17 p.m., Sunday, April 15, 2018, 700 block Sterling Place (LT) – A 14-year-old juvenile was charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute at their residence.  During the altercation, the juvenile punched their mother in the stomach.  A citation was filed.

2.  Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 7:07 p.m., Sunday, April 15, 2018, 600 block Wyncroft Lane (LT) – Jonathan Lopez-Arizmendi, M/25, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute at his residence.  During the altercation, Lopez-Arizmendi’s voice was so loud that it was heard by other neighbors who became alarmed by his behavior.  A citation was filed.

3.  Public Drunkenness / Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 14, 2018, 600 block Warminster Lane (MT) – David A. Ericson, M/57, of Lititz, PA, was charged with the above offenses after he came to a neighbor’s property uninvited, while heavily intoxicated.  Ericson fell from a chair causing his penis to become exposed.  Ericson was unaware of him being exposed, continued to sit on the victim’s property, and began to make inappropriate comments towards the victim.  Two (2) citations were filed.

4.  Harassment / Disorderly Conduct Arrests, 5:37 p.m., Friday, April 13, 2018, 1605 Lititz Pike – Giant Food Store (MT) – Bianca L. Cruz, F/22, of Mountville, PA, and Kyle A. States, M/27, of Lancaster, PA, were charged with the above offenses following a domestic dispute.  During the altercation, Cruz and States shoved and struck each other and caused a disturbance in a crowded parking lot.  Two (2) citations were filed against each party.

5.  Harassment Arrest, 7:50 p.m., Saturday, April 14, 2018, 1700 block Judie Lane (LT) – A 15-year-old juvenile was charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute at their residence.  During the altercation, the juvenile shoved their mother.  A citation was filed.

6.  Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 6:52 p.m., Saturday, April 14, 2018, 900 block East Orange Street (LT) – Timothy S. Reese, M/54, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a ‘road rage’ incident.  Reese followed another driver to their home, blocked in their vehicle, and proceeded to scream at the other driver.  Reese was upset because the other driver made an inappropriate gesture towards him.  A citation was filed.

7.  Noise Violation Arrest, 10:28 p.m., Saturday, April 14, 2018, 100 block Haskell Drive (MT) – Anny Chantal Parra, F/28, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with violating the Manheim Township noise ordinance after she hosted a party whose sounds travelled beyond her property and disturbed her neighbors.  Parra had previously been warned for the same infraction.  A citation was filed.

8.  Public Drunkenness Arrest, 9:10 p.m., Friday, April 13, 2018, 100 block Jennings Drive (LT) – Jafar A. Ardi, M/46, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he overdose on heroin and had to be revived with Narcan.  A citation was filed.

9.  Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 12:58 p.m., Tuesday, April 10, 2018, 2363 Oregon Pike – CVS Pharmacy (MT) – Clark A. Lilley, M/37, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed cursing, swearing, and alerting customers and making employees nervous.  A citation was filed.

10.  Retail Theft Arrest, 5:01 p.m., Friday, April 13, 2018, 1204 Millersville Pike – Weis Markets (LT) – Katherine N. Nichols, F/26, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed stealing $103.19 worth of merchandise from the store.  A citation was issued.

11.  Theft Arrest, 10:12 a.m., Monday, March 20, 2018, 115 Blue Streak Boulevard – Manheim Township High School (MT) – A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with the above offense after they stole a camera from a drawer in the business office of the school.  The camera belonged to another student.  Total loss: $230.00.  A juvenile allegation was filed with Juvenile Probation.

12.  DUI Arrest, 1:20 a.m., Wednesday, February 28, 2018, Graystone Road at Cottage Avenue (EP) – Tyler J. Dietrich, M/26, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop.  Dietrich exhibited signs of impairment and chemical testing yielded the presence of Clonazepam.  A criminal complaint was filed.

13.  Possession of Marijuana Arrest, 12:26 p.m., Saturday, April 14, 2018, 900 block East King Street (LT) – Emily E. Ceparano, F/30, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop.  Ceparano was a passenger in the vehicle which was searched by police.  The search yielded marijuana, which Ceparano claimed was hers.  A criminal complaint was filed.

14.  Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 1:43 a.m., Sunday, April 15, 2018, 1200 block East Orange Street (LT) – Fermin Jose Vega, M/30, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop. Officer searched Vega’s vehicle which yielded marijuana, a smoking device, and a vaporizer.  A criminal complaint was filed.

CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1.  Theft, April 3-12, 2018, 300 block East Oregon Road (MT) – Theft of a Jennings J22 pistol.  Total loss is unknown.  Investigation continues.

2.  Theft of Lost or Mislaid Property, 11:30 a.m., Saturday, April 11, 2018, 1589 Fruitville Pike – Target (MT) – Theft of a purse containing bank cards and cash, after it was accidentally left on a clothing display by the owner.  Total loss: $302.00.

3.  Access Device Fraud, 7:30 p.m., Friday, April 6, 2018, 300 block Squire Lane (MT) – Unknown person/s used the victim’s credit card to make $700.00 worth of fraudulent charges.

4.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, 12:00-6:30 a.m., Saturday, April 14, 2018, 1600 block Judie Lane (LT) – Unlocked vehicle.  Total loss: $254.00.

5.  Vehicle Theft, 2:00-3:14 a.m., Saturday, April 14, 2018, 1600 block Judie Lane (LT) – Theft of a 2005 Toyota Sienna minivan from the parking lot.  The vehicle was later recovered in Lancaster City after it had been involved in a crash.  Total loss unknown.  Investigation continues.
