ARRESTS

1. Retail Theft Arrest, 7:45 p.m., Friday, February 9, 2018, 1268 Lititz Pike – Marshall’s (MT) – Christine Marie Oetzel, F/33, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed stealing $282.80 worth of merchandise from the store.  She was taken to Central Arraignment.

2. Public Drunkenness Arrest, 1:43 a.m., Saturday, February 10, 2018, 100 block Turnbridge Drive (LT) – Jean E. Mong, F/24, of Egg Harbor Township, NJ, was charged with the above offense after she was found heavily intoxicated on the back porch of a residence where she did not belong.  A citation was issued.

3. DUI Arrest, 3:16 p.m., Tuesday, February 6, 2018, 2000 block Grand Street (MT) _  Jesse Tyler Hanth, M/27, of Pottstown, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop.  Hanth exhibited signs of impairment and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.287%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

4. Harassment / Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 8:08 a.m., Saturday, February 10, 2018, 1605 Lititz Pike – LGH Express (MT) – Jesus E. Jusino-Perez, M/31, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses after he caused a disturbance at the LGH Express.  Jusino-Perez approached a victim (who was working at the time) and continually called him a child molester with the intent to harass him.  Two (2) citations were filed.

5. Harassment Arrest, 11:04 a.m., Saturday, February 10, 2018, 1700 block Billview Drive (MT) – A 15-year-old juvenile was charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute at their residence.  During the altercation, the juvenile shoved two (2) other people.  Two (2) citations were filed.

6. Retail Theft Arrest, 9:10 p.m., Sunday, November 26, 2017, 1699 Oregon Pike – Sheetz (MT) – Felipe Hernandez-Vega, M/37, homeless, was charged with the above offense after he was observed stealing $663.43 worth of merchandise.  A criminal complaint was filed.

7. Retail Theft Arrest, 3:27 p.m., Saturday, February 10, 2018, 1204 Millersville Pike – Weis Markets (LT) – A 14-year-old juvenile was charged with the above offense after they were observed stealing $13.58 worth of merchandise from the store.  A citation was issued.

8. Harassment Arrest, 11:52 a.m., Saturday, February 10, 2018, 1100 block Jamaica Road (LT) – Jasmine S. Colon, F/22, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute at her residence.  During the altercation, Colon struck another person multiple times with her fist.  A citation was filed.

9. Retail Theft Arrests, 6:35 p.m., Monday, February 5, 2018, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Ashley N. Dunkleberger, F/27, of Myerstown, PA, William A. Lusk, M/19, homeless, and Jared T. Haines, M/24, of Myerstown, PA, were all charged with the above offense after they were observed stealing $79.00 worth of merchandise from the store.  All three (3) worked together during the crime.  Three (3) citations were filed.

10. DUI Arrest, 10:07 p.m., Saturday, February 10, 2018, Lemon Street at Larch Street (EP) – Chad M. Lownsbery, M/40, of Lititz, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop.  Lownsbery exhibited signs of impairment and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.138%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

11. Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 3:29 a.m., Friday, February 10, 2018, 2000 block Lititz Pike (MT) -  Ryan T. Charles, M/18, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop.  Officers searched Charles’ vehicle which yielded 16.55g of marijuana, two (2) smoking devices, two (2) marijuana grinders, and three (3) digital scales.  A criminal complaint was filed.

12. Endangering Welfare of Children Arrest, 5:00-8:30 p.m., Thursday, January 11, 2018, 1400 block Passey Lane (LT) -  Dominique Simone Waters, F/30, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she left her two (2) children, ages 7 and 9, home alone while she traveled to Philadelphia, PA for several hours.  While the children were unattended inside the home they had access to numerous prescription medications and had no access to a phone to call for help, should an emergency had occurred.  A criminal complaint was filed.

CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1. Retail Theft, 12:51 p.m., Friday, February 9, 2018, 1100 block Elizabeth Avenue (MT) – Theft of fifteen (15) pounds of coffee.  Total loss: $150.00.

2. Theft of Motor Vehicle Parts and/or Accessories, Friday, February 9 to Sunday, February 11, 2018. – Seven (7) vehicles had the catalytic converters, oxygen sensors, and mufflers cut from them as they sat parked unattended.  Total loss for all seven (7) vehicles: $8,115.00.  The vehicles were at the following locations:

Manheim Township

* 100 block Maple Lane

* 1900 block Oregon Pike

* 1000 block Olde Hickory Road

Lancaster Township

* 600 block Wyncroft Lane

* 100 block Sterling Place

3. Criminal Mischief, 9:30 p.m., Friday, February 9, 2018, 1400 block Mission Road (MT) – Damaged mailbox.  Total loss: $100.00.

4. Criminal Mischief, February 9-11, 2018, 200 block Farmstead Lane (MT) – The rear window of a vehicle was smashed.  Total loss: $400.00.

5. Criminal Mischief, February 10-11, 2018, 100 block Maple Lane (MT) – The rear window of a vehicle was smashed.  Total loss: $440.00.

6. Criminal Mischief, November 28, 2017 to February 8, 2018, 400 block Ringneck Road (MT) – A light fixture was damaged.  Total loss: $20.00.

7. Retail Theft, 11:20 a.m., Saturday, February 10, 2018, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Three (3) persons stole $198.59 worth of merchandise from the store.

8. Theft, February 9-10, 2018, 900 block East King Street (LT) – Theft of $23.00.
