ARRESTS

1.  Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 9:06 p.m., Sunday, February 10, 2019, 1900 block Landis Valley Road (MT) – William Von Groff, M/19, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for an inoperable headlamp.  Officers searched Groff’s vehicle which yielded a glass marijuana smoking bong, a glass marijuana smoking bowl, and a wooden marijuana grinder.  A criminal complaint was filed.

2.  Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Adderall / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 8:23 p.m., Tuesday, February 5, 2019, 1300 block Columbia Avenue (LT) – Timothy L. McMichael, M/50, of Lewistown, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop for a registration violation.  Officers searched McMichael’s vehicle which yielded marijuana, Adderall pills, and a metal marijuana grinder.  A criminal complaint was filed.

3.  Public Drunkenness / Criminal Mischief Arrest ,12:44 a.m., Sunday, February 10, 2019, 300 block Eden Road (MT) – David K. Hughes, M/56, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses after he was found intoxicated on the front porch of a residence where he did not reside.  Hughes also smashed out a front porch light causing $5.00 in damage.  Two (2) citations were filed.

4.  Possession of Marijuana Arrest, 12:03 a.m., Saturday, February 9, 2019, 1200 block Millersville Pike (LT) – Genoa Luis May-Romero, M/18, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for a turn signal infraction.  Officers searched May-Romero’s vehicle which yielded THC oil/wax.  A criminal complaint was filed.

5.  Possession of Cocaine / Possession of Psilocybin Mushrooms / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 3:18 a.m., Saturday, February 9, 2019, 1600 block Chadwick Circle (LT) – Damon T. Schweers, M/27, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop for suspected racing.  Officers searched Schweers’ vehicle which yielded Cocaine, psilocybin mushrooms, cut straws, and multiple empty baggies containing residue.  A criminal complaint was filed.

6.  Harassment Arrest, 3:07 p.m., Friday, February 8, 2019, 1700 block Billview Drive (MT) – Asen M. Glass, M/24, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he punched another person in the face leaving a cut about the victim’s eye.  A citation was issued.

7.  DUI Arrest, 10:45 p.m., Saturday, February 9, 2019, 1300 block Fruitville Pike (MT) – Elaine H. Box, F/56, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a crash investigation.  Box was identified as a driver in that crash and exhibited signs of impairment.  Box was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.110%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

8.  DUI Arrest, 8:45 p.m., Friday, February 8, 2019, New Holland Avenue at Route 30 East (MT) – Gena A. Rivera, F/37, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for erratic and unsafe driving.  Rivera exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.  Chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.184%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1.  Identity Theft, 9:56 p.m., Wednesday, February 6, 2019, 100 block Dickens Drive (LT) – Unknown person/s used the victim’s identity to make unauthorized transactions to the victim’s credit card.  Total loss: $1,078.75.  Investigation continues.

2.  Theft, February 5-6, 2019, 1500 block Springside Drive (LT) – Unknown person/s stole two (2) checks from a mailbox.  Total loss: $4.00.  Investigation continues.

3.  Criminal Mischief, 3:14-7:00 p.m., Friday, February 8, 2019, 300 block South West End Avenue (LT) – Unknown person/s smashed the windshield and dented numerous panels of the vehicle.  Total loss: $500.00.

4.  Institutional Vandalism, 9:00-10:00 p.m., Friday, February 8, 2019, 2240 Bassett Drive – Overlook Park Destination Playground (MT) – Unknown person/s smashed the soap dispensers located inside the men’s bathroom.  Total loss: $40.00.

5.  Theft From Motor Vehicle Incidents, Overnight February 8-9, 2019 (MT) – Unknown person/s smashed windows or entered unlocked vehicles parked overnight in the following areas:
- 1100 block Country Club Drive – Three (3) vehicles.  Total loss: $1,715.00.
- 1200 block Country Club Drive – Two (2) vehicles.  Total loss: $564.00.
- 1800 block Larchmont Lane – Two (2) vehicles.  Total loss: $420.00.
- 800 block Eden Road – One (1) vehicle.  Total loss: $640.00.

6.  Criminal Mischief, February 2-9, 2019, 600 block Fieldcrest Drive (MT) – Unknown person/s threw a piece of wood into a garage window, smashing it.  Total loss: $300.00.

7.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, 7:35-10:50 a.m., Sunday, February 10, 2019, 800 block Sixth Street (LT) – Unknown person/s smashed a window of a vehicle and stole property from inside.  Total loss: $490.00.

8.  Theft, 10:00 p.m., Saturday, February 9, 2019 to 12:16 a.m., Sunday, February 10, 2019, 1246 Millersville Pike – Regal Cinemas (LT) – Unknown person/s stole a wallet and contents after it was misplaced by its owner.  Total loss: $1,179.50.
