ARRESTS

1.  DUI Arrest, 11:11 p.m., Wednesday, October 16, 2019, North President Avenue at Marietta Avenue (LT) – Jordan R. Olivares, F/29, of Landisville, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for erratic driving.  Olivares exhibited signs of impairment and admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages.  Olivares was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.134%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

2.  Public Drunkenness Arrest, 10:25 p.m., Thursday, October 17, 2019, 1300 block Columbia Avenue (LT) – Douglas Alan Givler, M/52, homeless, was charged with the above offense after he was observed unsteady on his feet, slurring his words, and under the influence of alcoholic beverages.  A citation was filed.

3.  DUI Arrest, 11:37 p.m., Saturday, September 21, 2019, Manheim Pike at Manheim Avenue (MT) – Steven Joseph Cina, M/28, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a crash investigation.  Cina was identified as a driver in the crash and exhibited signs of impairment.  Cina was transported to an area hospital for a medical evaluation and a consensual blood draw.  Analysis of the blood draw yielded Amphetamines, Alprazolam, and THC.  A criminal complaint was filed.

4.  Criminal Mischief Arrest, 2:18 a.m., Saturday, October 5, 2019, North Broad Street (LT) – Noah T. McComsey, M/22, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed banging on his neighbor’s door and kicking a wooden handrail.  McComsey’s actions dented the door and damaged the wood.  Total loss: $700.00.  A criminal complaint was filed.

5.  Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 11:25 p.m., Thursday, October 10, 2019, 500 block Kensington Road (LT) – Jonathan Mussenden-Cruzado, M/25, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses after an officer on foot patrol observed him smoking marijuana inside the vehicle.  Officers searched Mussenden-Cruzado’s vehicle which yielded marijuana, marijuana wax, a scale, a metal marijuana grinder, and a plastic container.  A criminal complaint was filed.

6.  DUI Arrest, 3:24 p.m., Tuesday, October 15, 2019, Route 222 North at Mile Marker 32.1 (MT) – Kennedy Elaine Faizon, F/21, of Manheim, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed alongside her vehicle, which had become disabled from a flat tire.  Witnesses on scene observed Faizon in an intoxicated state, attempting to urinate in public, and walking into traffic.  Officers spoke with Faizon and determined that she exhibited signs of impairment.  She was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.269%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

7.  Soliciting Arrest, 9:00 a.m., Friday, October 18, 2019, 222 Eden Road – Eden Resort Inn (MT) – Martha S. Mohn, F/66, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed begging hotel patrons for money.  Mohn has previously been warned for the same offense.  A citation was filed.

8.  Retail Theft / Possession of Marijuana Arrest, 2:06 p.m., Saturday, October 19, 2019, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Alicia L. Forbes, F/34, of Blue Ball, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed stealing $69.74 worth of merchandise from the store.  Officers took Forbes into custody and during a search incident to arrest found her in possession of a vape pen loaded with THC oil.  She was processed and taken to Central Arraignment.

9.  Disorderly Conduct / Public Drunkenness Arrest, 12:32 a.m., Friday, October 11, 2019, 1600 block Judie Lane (LT) – Damon Lamont Wilson, M/40, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a disturbance call.  Officers located Wilson in the vestibule of an apartment building; he was yelling.  Wilson exhibited signs of impairment and admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages.  Wilson was warned numerous times to stop yelling and he refused.  Wilson was arrested, processed, and released after he became sober.  A criminal complaint was filed.

10.  Retail Theft Arrest, 3:14 p.m., Friday, October 18, 2019, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Lisa M. Norris, F/31, of Morgantown, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed stealing $27.27 worth of merchandise from the store.  She was arrested, processed, and released after being issued a citation.

11.  Retail Theft Arrest, 12:45 a.m., Saturday, August 3, 2019, 1605 Lititz Pike – Giant Food Store (MT) – Julius Jerome Banks, M/31, of Coatesville, PA, was charged with the above offense following a lengthy investigation into numerous shoplifting incidents.  Banks stole merchandise on the following dates / times:
- 12:45 a.m., Saturday, August 3, 2019
- 3:40 a.m., Friday, August 9, 2019
- 3:00 a.m., Friday, August 16, 2019
- 3:55 a.m., Sunday, August 25, 2019
- 3:00 a.m., Saturday, August 31, 2019
In total, Banks stole 610 pieces of merchandise, totaling $6,262.66.  At 2:06 a.m., on Sunday, October 20, 2019, Banks entered the store yet again.  Officers responded and took Banks into custody without incident.  He was processed and taken to Central Arraignment.


CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1.  Criminal Mischief, 12:30 p.m., Saturday, October 19, 2019, 145 Marble Drive – Keep Safe Self Storage (MT) – Unknown person/s threw rocks at the front windshield of an RV parked at the facility.  Total loss: $500.00.

2.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, 12:15 to 1:15 p.m., Saturday, October 19, 2019, 2240 Basset Drive – Overlook Park Disc Golf Course and 375 Golf Drive – Manheim Township Dog Park (MT) – Unknown person/s smashed a window of three (3) vehicles parked in the respective parking lots.  Once inside, a purse and contents were taken from each vehicle.  Unknown total loss.

3.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, 10:35 a.m. to 12:52 p.m., Saturday, October 19, 2019, 1200 block Grofftown Road (MT) – Unknown person/s smashed a window of a vehicle parked in the area.  Once inside, a purse and contents were taken.  Total loss: $2,549.50.

4.  Retail Theft, 3:20 p.m., Saturday, October 19, 2019, 1206 Millersville Pike – Boost Mobile (LT) – An unknown female stole a phone case and screen protector from the store.  Total loss: $36.00.

5.  Retail Theft, 3:27 p.m., Saturday, October 19, 2019, 1587 Fruitville Pike – Dick’s Sporting Goods (MT) – Unknown person/s removed three (3) BB guns from their packaging and left the store without paying for the items.  Total loss: $159.97.

6.  Theft, October 19 to 20, 2019, 605 Granite Run Drive – Overlook Community Campus (MT) – Unknown person/s stole a paper towel dispenser from the men’s public restroom at the park.  Total loss: $40.00.

7.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, 12:30 p.m., Sunday, October 20, 2019, 1569 Fruitville Pike – MOD Pizza (MT) – Unknown person/s smashed a window of a vehicle parked at the restaurant.  Once inside, a purse and contents were taken.  Total loss: $26.00.

8.  Retail Theft, 3:25 p.m., Sunday, October 20, 2019, 1234 Millersville Pike – Fine Wine & Good Spirits (LT) – An unknown dark-skinned male stole three (3) bottles of whiskey from the store.  Total loss: $115.97.
