ARRESTS

1.  Theft Arrest, 5:34 p.m., Thursday, September 6, 2018, 1589 Fruitville Pike – Target (MT) – A 17-year-old juvenile from Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following an investigation into employee theft.  The juvenile was employed by the store when they stole money from the register four (4) times over a two (2) month period.  Total loss: $335.00.  A juvenile allegation was filed with Juvenile Probation.

2.  Possession of 5-fluoro ADB Arrest, 2:33 p.m., Friday, July 20, 2018, New Holland Avenue at Pleasure Road (MT) – Brandy V. Groff, M/44, of Denver, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for driving on a suspended license.  Officers searched Groff’s vehicle which yielded “synthetic marijuana” which contained 5-fluoro ADB.  A criminal complaint was filed.

3.  Criminal Mischief Arrest, 7:45 p.m., Thursday, September 7, 2018, 1300 block Glen Moore Circle (MT) – Angel L. Sanchez-Abreu, M/25, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he kicked a door and caused $600.00 in damage.  A criminal complaint was filed.

4.  DUI Arrest, 2:14 a.m., Friday, September 7, 2018, 2000 block Lititz Pike (MT) – Emili Souza-Fagian, F/26, of Lititz, PA, was charged with the above offense following a crash investigation.  Souza-Fagian was identified as a driver and exhibited signs of impairment.  Souza-Fagian was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.171%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

5.  DUI Arrest, 4:03 a.m., Thursday, September 6, 2018, East King Street at Ranck Avenue (LT) – Calvin Keyon Ligons, M/42, of King of Prussia, PA, was charged with the above offense following a crash investigation.  Ligons was identified as a driver and exhibited signs of impairment.  Ligons was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.098%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1.  Retail Theft, 10:04 a.m., Thursday, September 6, 2018, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – An unknown Hispanic female stole two (2) containers of baby formula.  Total loss: $69.78. 

2.  Criminal Mischief, July 1 to August 26, 2018, 2500 block Golden Drive (EP) – Unknown person/s smashed a window valued at $200.00.
