ARRESTS

1.  DUI Arrest, 9:34 p.m., Tuesday, June 4, 2019, Petersburg Road at Warren Way (MT) – Michael A. Arnt, M/47, of Lebanon, PA, was charged with the above offense following a crash investigation.  Arnt was identified as a driver in that crash and exhibited signs of impairment.  Arnt was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.16%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

2.  Possession of Marijuana Arrest, 5:59 p.m., Monday, June 10, 2019, Abbeyville Road at Schoolhouse Road (LT) – Montrell Lamar Singletary, M/30, of Millersville, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for an inspection sticker violation.  Officers searched Singletary’s vehicle which yielded marijuana.  A criminal complaint was filed.

3.  Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 9:46 p.m., Wednesday, June 12, 2019, Route 30 East at New Holland Pike (MT) – Blake Andrew Tentinger, M/26, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop for speeding.  Officers searched Tentinger’s vehicle which yielded marijuana and a glass smoking pipe.  A criminal complaint was filed.

4.  DUI Arrest, 1:19 a.m., Friday, June 7, 2019, Wabank Road at Gable Park Road (LT) – Ezekell Jamison, Jr., M/27, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for erratic driving.  Jamison, Jr. exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.  Jamison, Jr. refused chemical testing.  A criminal complaint was filed.

5.  DUI Arrest, 11:22 a.m., Thursday, June 13, 2019, 1000 block East King Street (LT) – Kenya Sims, F/28, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for an inspection sticker violation.  Sims exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.  Sims refused chemical testing.  A criminal complaint was filed.

6.  Retail Theft Arrest, 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 12, 2019, 1280 Lititz Pike – Dollar Tree (MT) – Tenele Brook Bell, F/43, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with above offense after she was observed stealing $43.69 worth of merchandise from the store.  She was arrested, processed, and released after a citation was issued.

CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1.  Burglary, 2:04 a.m., Thursday, June 13, 2019, 1610 Manheim Pike – Brent L. Miller Jewelers (MT) – Unknown person/s broke into the business by smashing the front door.  Once inside, they smashed display cases and stole an undetermined amount of jewelry and watches.  Total loss remains unknown at this time.  Investigation continues.

2.  Burglary, June 10 to 13, 2019, 100 block River Drive (LT) – Unknown person/s entered a garage and stole a bicycle valued at $650.00.

3.  Theft From Motor Vehicle, June 11 to 13, 2019, 600 block Wyncroft Lane (LT) – Unknown person/s entered a vehicle and stole a Sig Sauer pistol valued at $350.00.

4.  Retail Theft, 5:06 p.m., Thursday, June 13, 2019, 1605 Lititz Pike – Giant Food Store (MT) – An unidentified Hispanic male entered the store and attempted to steal $183.36 worth of merchandise.  The male was stopped by store personnel and the items recovered.  The male fled to the parking lot and drove away in a vehicle.  Investigation continues.

5.  Forgery, April to May, 2019, 1800 block Spring Ridge Lane (LT) – Unknown person/s accessed the victim’s bank account and withdrew $6,649.55 in funds.  Investigation continues.
