ARRESTS

1.  Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 6:58 p.m., Sunday, May 26, 2019, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Shawn A. Ashby, M/39, of Millersville, PA, was charged with the above offense following a report of a drug overdose.  Ashby was observed unconscious inside of a vehicle in the parking lot.  Officers located a hypodermic needle and a glassine baggie in plain view.  A criminal complaint was filed.

2.  Possession of Marijuana Arrests, 9:03 p.m., Friday, May 24, 2019, Harrisburg Pike at Vermont Avenue (MT) – Jared M. Morgan, M/25, of Lititz, PA, and Renee Marie Bustamante, F/22, of Lancaster, PA, were charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for an inoperable headlamp.  Morgan was the driver and Bustamante was the front seat passenger.  Officers searched the vehicle which yielded marijuana.  A criminal complaint was filed against each party.

3.  Possession With Intent to Deliver Crack Cocaine / Possession With Intent to Deliver K2 (Synthetic Marijuana) / Possession of Heroin Arrest, 4:09 p.m., Thursday, May 30, 2019, 1200 block Millersville Pike (LT) – Marquis Nathaniel Johnson, M/28, homeless, was charged with the above offenses after an officer saw he and another person inside a parked vehicle.  The officer approached and spoke with Johnson and detected an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.  Officers searched the vehicle which yielded 2.4g of crack cocaine packaged into twenty-one (21) individually corner-tied baggies, one (1) bundle of heroin, one (1) partially smoked K2 cigarette, 23.79g of K2 packaged into twenty (20) individual corner tied baggies.  Johnson was arrested, processed, and taken to Central Arraignment.

4.  Retail Theft Arrests, 1278 Millersville Pike – CVS Pharmacy (LT) – Edgardo Rosado-Ramirez, M/42, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with seven (7) counts of Retail Theft following a lengthy investigation into numerous shoplifting incidents at the store.  During each incident, Rosado-Ramirez stole large quantities of soda.  The incidents are as follows:
- 10:38 a.m., Monday, April 1, 2019, Rosado-Ramirez stole $105.44 worth of soda.
- 10:51 a.m., Monday, April 1, 2019, Rosado-Ramirez stole $180.92 worth of soda.
- 1:00 p.m., Thursday, April 4, 2019, Rosado-Ramirez stole $138.38 worth of soda.
- 3:49 p.m., Monday, May 6, 2019, Rosado-Ramirez stole $108.48 worth of soda.
- 1:40 p.m., Saturday, May 18, 2019, Rosado-Ramirez stole $103.06 worth of soda.
- 4:45 p.m., Thursday, May 23, 2019, Rosado-Ramirez stole $97.05 worth of soda.
- 7:02 p.m., Sunday, May 26, 2019, Rosado-Ramirez stole $634.46 worth of soda.
Seven (7) criminal complaints were filed against Rosado-Ramirez.

CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1.  Selective Traffic Enforcement Detail, 6:00 to 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 30, 2019, Route 30 East at Route 222 (MT) – Officers performed a selective traffic enforcement detail in Manheim Township as part of the Buckle Up PA – Click It or Ticket Driving Campaign.  During this time period, eleven (11) motorists were stopped resulting in eleven (11) citations being issued for various moving violations.

2.  Selective Traffic Enforcement Detail, 11:00 to 3:00 p.m., Thursday, May 30, 2019, Route 283 West at Route 30 (MT) – Officers performed a selective traffic enforcement detail in Manheim Township as part of the Buckle Up PA – Click It or Ticket Driving Campaign.  During this time period, twenty (20) motorists were stopped resulting in twenty-five (25) citations being issued for various moving violations.

3.  Retail Theft, 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 28, 2019, 2900 Oregon Pike – Oregon Dairy (MT) – An unknown male stole $8.00 worth of cooking wine.

4.  Theft By Deception, 7:35 p.m., Monday, May 6, 2019, 2700 Lititz Pike – Neffsville Flower Shoppe (MT) – Unknown person/s ordered $77.38 worth of flowers using a stolen credit card.

5.  Selective Traffic Enforcement Detail, 5:00 to 11:59 p.m., Thursday, May 30, 2019, Route 283 West at Route 30 (MT) – Officers performed a selective traffic enforcement detail in Manheim Township as part of the Buckle Up PA – Click It or Ticket Driving Campaign.  During this time period, twenty-nine (29) motorists were stopped resulting in thirty (30) citations being issued for various moving and equipment violations.
