1. Harassment / Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 7:06 p.m., Thursday, April 4, 2019, 2020 Fruitville Pike – Chuck E Cheese’s (MT) – Nathan N. Ward, M/32, of New Bloomfield, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a domestic dispute at the restaurant. During the altercation, Ward blocked the path of the victim and grabbed their arm during an argument. Ward was screaming which disturbed other patrons inside the restaurant. Two (2) citations were filed.
2. Public Drunkenness Arrest, 3:02 p.m., Friday, March 29, 2019, 2300 block Oregon Pike (MT) – Gage M. Lefever, M/21, of Pequea, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed unconscious near a vehicle in a parking lot. Lefever was heavily under the influence of alcohol and admitted to drinking. Persons in the area became alarmed and called 9-1-1. A citation was filed.
3. DUI / False Identification to Law Enforcement Arrest, 1:45 a.m., Thursday, April 4, 2019, Route 30 West at Manheim Pike (MT) – Jesus Manuel Nieves-Medina, M/30, of York, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop for speeding. When asked for identification, Nieves-Medina provided a false name and date of birth. Nieves-Medina also exhibited signs of impairment. He was arrested and taken for a blood draw, the results of which are still pending. He was processed and taken to Central Arraignment.
CRIMES & INCIDENTS
1. Theft, 10:15-10:43 a.m., Friday, March 29, 2019, 600 block Wyncroft Lane (LT) – Unknown person/s stole two (2) packages from a porch after they were delivered. Total loss: $33.09.
