ARRESTS

1.  DUI Arrest, 10:03 a.m., Tuesday, March 6, 2018, 1500 block Fruitville Pike (MT) – Charles E. Bury, Jr., M/61, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop.  Bury exhibited signs of impairment and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.264%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

2.  Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 4:28 p.m., Tuesday, March 6, 2018, 2437 Lititz Pike – Landis Woods (MT) – Malquan D. Craig, M/27, of Mountville, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a warrant service.  Officers located Craig at the park and learned that he had an active warrant for his arrest.  During a search incident to arrest, officers located 1.0g of marijuana and a marijuana grinder.  Craig was arrested and taken to Lancaster County Prison on the outstanding warrant.  A criminal complaint for the above offenses was filed.

3.  Indirect Criminal Complaint (Protection From Abuse Order Violation) Arrest, 11:12 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Friday, March 2, 2018, 700 block Sterling Place (LT) – Tiffany M. McGinty, F/24, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she sent Facebook messages to and later physically came to the residence of a protected person.  A criminal complaint was filed.

4.  Transmitting Sexually Explicit Images By Minor Arrest, 2:35 p.m., Wednesday, November 29, 2017, 115 Blue Streak Boulevard – Manheim Township High School (MT) – A 17-year-old juvenile and a 15-year-old juvenile were both charged with the above offense after they shared three (3) photographs of another juvenile in a state of nudity.  The 17-year-old sent the photos to the 15-year-old.  The transmission of these pictures caused the juvenile victim emotional distress.  A juvenile allegation was filed against each party.

5.  DUI Arrest, 9:19 p.m., Wednesday, March 7, 2018, 700 block South West End Avenue (LT) – Theresa L. Librizzi, F/57, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a crash investigation.  Librizzi was identified as a driver in that incident and exhibited signs of impairment.  Librizzi was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.224%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

6.  Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 12:03 a.m., Thursday, March 8, 2018, 1320 Harrisburg Pike – America’s Best Value Inn (MT) – Tatiana A. Perez, F/20, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop.  Officers searched Perez’s vehicle which yielded a smoking device.  A criminal complaint was filed.

7.  Retail Theft Arrests, 5:56 p.m., Thursday, March 9, 2018, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Frank J. Giaquinto, M/40, of Leola, PA, and Bonnie L. Kost, F/48, of East Petersburg, PA, were charged with the above offense after they were observed stealing $222.71 worth of merchandise from the store.  Both were arrested.  A criminal complaint was filed against Giaquinto and Kost was taken to Central Arraignment.

8.  Public Drunkenness Arrest, 5:16 p.m., Thursday, March 8, 2018, 1434 Manheim Pike – McDonald’s (MT) – Krystal J. Boll, F/47, of Manheim, PA, was charged with the above offense after she overdosed on heroin in the bathroom of the restaurant.  A citation was filed.

9.  DUI / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 10:15 p.m., Saturday, March 3, 2018, 1700 block Millersville Pike (LT) – Jeremy C. Bowman, M/21, of York Haven, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a crash investigation.  Bowman was identified as a driver in that incident and exhibited signs of impairment.  Bowman was arrested and during a search incident to arrest, officers located a marijuana smoking pipe.  Chemical testing of Bowman’s blood yielded a BAC of 0.166%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

10.  Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 1:06 a.m., Sunday, March 4, 2018, 150 Granite Run Drive – Fairfield Inn & Suites (MT) – Randolph Harold Howdershell, III, M/23, of New Providence, PA, was charged with the above offense following a warrant service.  Officers located Howdershell in the parking lot of the hotel and learned that he had an active warrant for his arrest.  During a search incident to arrest, officers located a syringe, a digital scale, and several glassine baggies.  Howdershell was arrested and taken to Lancaster County Prison on the outstanding warrant.  A criminal complaint for the above offense was filed.

11.  Public Drunkenness Arrest, 7:20 p.m., Thursday, March 9, 2018, 1295 Millersville Pike – McDonald’s (LT) – William L. Collazo, M/45, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was yelling and causing a disturbance inside the restaurant.  Collazo was under the influence of drugs and alcohol at the time of the offense.  A citation was filed.

12.  Indirect Criminal Complaint (Protection From Abuse Order Violation) Arrest, March 4-6, 2018, 700 block Sterling Place (LT) – Tiffany M. McGinty, F/24, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she sent numerous Facebook messages to a protected person.  A criminal complaint was filed.

13.  DUI Arrest, 6:25 p.m., Thursday, March 8, 2018, 600 block Wyncroft Lane (LT) – Amanda Marie Donahue, F/31, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop.  Donahue exhibited signs of impairment and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.164%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

14.  DUI Arrest, 4:42 p.m., Thursday, March 8, 2018, 1200 block East King Street (LT) – Brad Elliott Glenn, M/41, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a crash investigation.  Glenn was identified as a driver in that incident and exhibited signs of impairment.  He was arrested and chemical testing yielded a BAC of 0.092%.  A criminal complaint was filed.

CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1.  Criminal Mischief, 3:00 p.m., Thursday, March 8, 2018, 400 block South West End Avenue (LT) – A juvenile walking down the street was observed smashing the window of a residence.  Total loss: $150.00.  Investigation continues.
