ARRESTS

1.  Receiving Stolen Property Arrest, 2:43 p.m., Wednesday, March 6, 2019, 200 block Kentshire Drive (LT) – A 15-year-old juvenile from Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after they were found operating a stolen vehicle.  The juvenile was seen operating the stolen vehicle and fled from officers when they attempted a traffic stop.  The juvenile drove several streets away, pulled over, and ran on foot.  Officers chased after the juvenile and took the juvenile into physical custody a short period of time later.  A juvenile allegation was filed with Juvenile Probation.

2.  Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 1:45 a.m., Wednesday, February 27, 2019, 1600 block Oregon Pike (MT) – DeVante Daquan King, M/20, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop for an inoperable headlamp.  Officers searched King’s vehicle which yielded marijuana, rolling papers, and a plastic baggie.  A criminal complaint was filed.

3.  Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 10:42 p.m., Thursday, March 7, 2019, North President Avenue at Marietta Avenue (LT) – Christopher Jordan Troop, M/23, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for an inoperable taillight.  Officers searched Troop’s vehicle which yielded a glass smoking device.  A criminal complaint was filed.

4.  DUI / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 7:57 a.m., Saturday, February 16, 2019, 1500 block Passey Lane (LT) – Dwayne Sherman Graham, M/52, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for erratic driving.  Graham exhibited signs of impairment and had open alcoholic beverages inside his vehicle.  When Graham exited his vehicle to be arrested, officers observed a marijuana roach on his seat in plain view.  Graham refused chemical testing.  A criminal complaint was filed.

5.  Retail Theft, 7:05 p.m., Thursday, March 7, 2019, 1589 Fruitville Pike – Target (MT) – Kristian L. Cooper, F/19, of Carlisle, PA, was charged with the above offense after she stole $76.98 worth of merchandise from the store.  A citation was issued.

6.  Theft, 12:51 a.m., Tuesday, February 26, 2019, 1605 Lititz Pike – Giant Food Store (MT) – Taya Janae Ivey, F/20, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she stole $750.00 from an employee’s wallet that was accidentally left behind at an unmanned register.  A criminal complaint was filed.

7.  DUI Arrest, 3:38 a.m., Monday, March 4, 2019, 1800 block Lititz Pike (MT) – Victor A. Almonte, M/28, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for a red-light violation.  Almonte exhibited signs of impairment and officers observed an open alcoholic beverage inside the vehicle.  Almonte was arrested and refused chemical testing.  A criminal complaint was filed.

CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1.  Burglary, 3:00-6:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 6, 2019, 1500 block Passey Lane (LT) – An unknown female entered an apartment via an unlocked door, rummaged through the location, and damaged a small fish tank.  No items taken. Total loss: $30.00.

2.  Theft of Lost or Mislaid Property, 7:30-8:45 p.m., Wednesday, March 6, 2019, 2000 Crossings Boulevard – Wegman’s (MT) – Unknown persons stole a cell phone which had accidentally been dropped at the store by its owner.  Total loss: $750.00.
