ARRESTS

1.  Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 9:13 p.m., Thursday, December 13, 2018, 1300 block Manheim Pike (MT) – Jasmine G. Green, F/27, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she was observed yelling and alarming others in the area.  A citation was issued which Green refused to sign.

2.  Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 5:59 p.m., Friday, December 7, 2018, Columbia Avenue at Abbeyville Road (LT) – Anja C. Bergdoll-Oberhammer, F/27, of Reading, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop for an expired registration plate.  Officers searched Bergdoll-Oberhammer’s vehicle which yielded marijuana and a grinder.  A criminal complaint was filed.

3.  Retail Theft Arrest, 3:37 p.m., Monday, November 12, 2018, 1565 Fruitville Pike – Fine Wine & Good Spirits (MT) – Thomas R. Glazewski, M/51, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed stealing $27.99 worth of whiskey.  A criminal complaint was filed and an arrest warrant obtained.  Glazewski was located, arrested, and taken to Lancaster County Prison to await his preliminary hearing.

4.  Possession With Intent to Deliver Marijuana / Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, 12:29 p.m., Monday, December 10, 2018, North President Avenue at West James Street (LT) – Dudley T. Scott, M/37, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop for speeding.  Officers searched Dudley’s vehicle which yielded 191g of marijuana, plastic baggies, a digital scale, and a grinder.  He was arrested, processed, and taken to Central Arraignment.

5.  Retail Theft Arrest, 7:18 p.m., Thursday, December 13, 2018, 2030 Fruitville Pike – Walmart (MT) – Adam Scott Peiffer, M/28, of Wernersville, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed stealing $79.00 worth of merchandise from the store.  Peiffer was arrested, processed, and released after being issued a citation.

6.  Forgery Arrest, 5:30 a.m., Thursday, December 13, 2018, 1262 Lititz Pike – Walgreen’s (MT) – Bennie R. Johnson, Jr., M/68, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he passed and attempted to have filled a fraudulent prescription.  A criminal complaint was filed.

7.  False Identification to Law Enforcement / Possession of Heroin / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia / Warrant Arrest, 7:44 a.m., Monday, July 2, 2018, 1298 Millersville Pike – McDonald’s (LT) – Jacob Elijah Jones, M/23, of New Providence, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop for suspected drug activity.  Officers searched the vehicle where Jones was a front seat passenger.  Officers located heroin, glassine baggies, a lock box, and small plastic baggies.  Jones provided a false name when questioned about his identity.  He did so to hide an active warrant.  Officers learned Jones' true identity, he was arrested on the outstanding warrant, and turned over to the Lancaster County Sheriff.  A criminal complaint was filed for the above offenses.

CRIMES & INCIDENTS

1.  Theft, 12:25-12:50 p.m., Thursday, December 13, 2018, 1300 Lititz Pike – LA Fitness (MT) – Unknown person/s entered a locker and stole $51.50 worth of personal property.  Investigation continues.
