ARRESTS
1. Dog Law Violation Arrest, 9:30 a.m., Thursday, December 10, 2021, Rose Avenue (MT) – Kristin L. Hamm, F/50, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after she permitted her dog to run at large. Hamm had previously been warned for the same offense. A citation was filed.
2. Harassment Arrest, 12:01 a.m., Friday, January 15, 2021, Elmwood Terrace (MT) – Alyssa Morabito, F/26, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute. During the altercation, Morabito scratched another person, causing injury. A citation was filed.
3. Disorderly Conduct / Harassment Arrest, 10:54 p.m., Friday, January 8, 2021, 400 block Judie Lane (LT) – Sakeena N. Keith, F/30, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses after she punched another person in the face during a physical altercation, which occurred in a public location. Keith screamed at police officers, who repeatedly attempted to calm her down. Two (2) citations were filed.
4. DUI Arrest, 11:31 p.m., Friday, January 8, 2021, 1100 block Columbia Avenue (LT) – Tajanea Marie Henson, F/25, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a crash investigation. Henson was identified as a driver in that crash and exhibited signs of impairment. Henson also admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to the crash. Henson was arrested, but refused chemical testing. A criminal complaint was filed.
5. False Identification to Law Enforcement Arrest, 12:20 a.m., Friday, January 8, 2021, 100 block Charles Road (LT) – Alex Beriguete-DeJesus, M/32, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for an inoperable registration plate lamp. Beriguete-DeJesus provided a false name and date of birth to the officer in an attempt to conceal the fact that his driver’s license was suspended. A criminal complaint was filed.
6. Criminal Trespass / Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 12:11 p.m., Monday, January 11, 2021, 1420 Columbia Avenue – Maple Grove Community Park (LT) – Douglas Alan Givler, M/53, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he was observed urinating on a gazebo, inside the park. Givler had previously been issued a notice of no trespass for the park. A criminal complaint was filed.
7. Possession of Marijuana Arrest, 1:09 a.m., Thursday, January 7, 2021, 1200 block Lititz Pike (MT) – Angela M. Serrano-Bonilla, F/19, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for an expired registration plate. Officers searched Serrano-Bonilla’s vehicle, which yielded marijuana. A criminal complaint was filed.

Possession of Marijuana Arrest, 8:36 p.m., Sunday, January 3, 2021, 1200 block Lititz Pike (MT) – Jorge Luis Sanchez, M/33, of Philadelphia, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for an equipment violation. Officers searched Sanchez’s vehicle, which yielded marijuana. A criminal complaint was filed.
9. Harassment Arrest, 4:05 p.m., Monday, January 11, 2021, 400 block Eden Road (MT) – Rafael A. Diaz-Aviles, M/50, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute at his residence. During the altercation, Diaz-Aviles threw a bottle at another person, striking them in the head. A citation was filed.
10. Theft Arrest, 2:14 p.m., Thursday, January 7, 2021, 1000 block Marshall Avenue (MT) – Corey J. Calderwood, M/39, homeless, was charged with the above offense after he was observed stealing a package that had been delivered to a residence. Officers located Calderwood nearby and found him in possession of the stolen package. Total value of loss: $9.53. A criminal complaint was filed.
1. Vehicle Theft, 2:45 a.m., Tuesday, January 12, 2021, 1330 Loop Road – Novelty Manufacturing (MT) – Unknown person/s stole an unlocked black 2000 Lexus GS300 as it sat parked at the business. The keys to the vehicle had been left inside. Total loss: $3,500.00.
2. Burglary, 5:51 p.m., Friday, January 8, 2021, 2042 Lititz Pike – Overlook Activities Center (MT) – Three (3) unknown male juveniles entered the facility through an unlocked window and stole $158.40 worth of ice cream.
3. Theft From Motor Vehicle, January 12 to 13, 2021, 1300 block Clayton Road (MT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a goose down jacket, valued at $1,000.00.
