1. Accidents involving death or personal injury while not properly licensed, Driving under suspension, Careless driving Arrest, 1:28 p.m., Friday, November 19, 2021, Oregon Pike and Creek Blvd (MT) – Joshua Moist, m/30, of Newport PA, was charged with the above offenses after he was involved in a 5 vehicle crash at this location. He was found to have a suspended driver’s license related to prior DUI charges. A Criminal Complaint has been filed.
2. Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 8:29 p.m., Friday, November 12, 2021, 1890 Fruitville Pk, At Home, (MT) – 2 juvenile males were causing a disturbance and breaking items inside the store. They were identified and citations for Disorderly Conduct were filed.
3. Disorderly Conduct Arrest, 9:36 p.m., Monday, November 22, 2021, Oregon Blvd & Homeland Dr (MT) – Nicholas Pagan-Feliz, m/26, of Lancaster PA, was stopped following a suspicious person call. He was found to have an outstanding warrant in York County. A search incident to arrest revealed a small about of marijuana. He was cited and turned over to Lancaster County Prison pending extradition.
CRIMES & INCIDENTS
1. Institutional Vandalism, November 19-22, 2021, 2040 Lititz Pk, Overlook Park (MT) – An unknown person drove their vehicle on the fields behind Destination Playground and caused $400 in damage by performing “donuts.”
