During the early morning hours of April 26, 2019, Noemi Justina Colon, F/32, of Columbia, PA, Miguel Anthony Alvarado, M/32, of Reading, PA, and Jesus Emilio Rondon, M/27, homeless, entered four (4) vehicles located in Manheim Township with the intent of stealing items housed inside.  The locations of the vehicles were the 600 block of Paxton Place, the 100 block of Pulte Road, and the 2800 block of Pebblebrook Drive.  Numerous items, totaling $1,627.50, were taken, to include two (2) bank cards. 

Colon and Alvarado then successfully used the bank cards to make $39.56 worth of purchases at two (2) separate locations in York County.  Colon and Alvarado then twice attempted to use the cards to purchase $3,390.75 worth of merchandise from a third store in York County.  These transactions were declined.

On Friday, July 12, 2019, detectives filed the following set of charges against Rondon: Four (4) Counts Theft From Motor Vehicle / Four (4) Counts Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Theft From Motor Vehicle.  Rondon was already incarcerated in the Lancaster County Prison on unrelated charges.

On Thursday, August 1, 2019, detectives filed the following set of charges against Alvarado: Four (4) Counts Access Device Fraud / Four (4) Counts Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Access Device Fraud / Four (4) Counts Theft From Motor Vehicle / Four (4) Counts Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Theft From Motor Vehicle.  A warrant for his arrest was obtained.

On Wednesday, August 7, 2019, detectives filed the following set of charges against Colon: Four (4) Counts Access Device Fraud / Four (4) Counts Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Access Device Fraud / Four (4) Counts Theft From Motor Vehicle / Four (4) Counts Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Theft From Motor Vehicle.  A warrant for her arrest was obtained.

Both Alvarado and Colon remain wanted at this time.  Any person knowing the whereabouts of either Alvarado or Colon should call the Manheim Township Police Department at 717-569-6401 or provide information anonymously by clicking “Submit a Tip.”

UPDATE 8/8/2019 AT 3:00 P.M.

Colon, Noemi Justina turned herself into Magisterial District Judge David P. Miller on Thursday August 8th, 2019.  Colon was arraigned and bail was set at $10,000.00 unsecured.  Colon was released pending her preliminary hearing.  Alvarado still remains a wanted person with an active warrant for his arrest.
