At 1:00 p.m., on Monday, March 1st, 2021, the depicted male Lhasa Apso dog was found running at large near the intersection of Wabank Road and Gable Park Road in Lancaster Township. The dog had no collar or tags, and is not microchipped. The owner could not be located, so he was taken to the Lancaster SPCA.
