WHO IS THIS PROWLER?
At 3:23 a.m., on Wednesday, January 20th, 2021, a male wearing a hoodie and a mask attempted entry into a residential backyard in the 1100 block of Helen Avenue in Manheim Township. The male's actions were caught on a home surveillance camera system, whose footage is shown below. Any person knowing the identity of the depicted male should call the Manheim Township Police Department at 717-569-6401 or provide information anonymously by clicking "Submit a Tip" below.
