Theft, 1:00 a.m., Monday, January 11, 2021, 884 Plaza Boulevard – Park City Diner (MT) – Mohamed Zagalia, M/41, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he stole an Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, after the owner mistakenly left it at the restaurant. Zagalia, an employee, took the phone, and stored it in a small black bag he kept under the counter. The phone was located after the owner was able to ping it inside the restaurant. Total loss: $1,250.00. Zagalia was arrested, processed, and taken to Central Arraignment.
