Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia / Prohibited Offensive Weapons Arrest, 9:24 a.m., Thursday, February 18, 2021, Oregon Pike at Princess Avenue (MT) – Ivan Velez, M/28, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a traffic stop for red-light infraction. Officers searched Velez’s vehicle, which yielded marijuana, glass containers, a vaporizer pen, baggies, a digital scale, a rubber smoking device, rolling papers, and two (2) sets of metal knuckles. A criminal complaint was filed.
