Possession With Intent to Deliver Marijuana / Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Adderall Arrest, 5:17 p.m., Tuesday, January 5, 2021, 2800 block Lititz Pike (MT) – Jonathan Michael Tshudy, M/24, of Lititz, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a crash investigation. Tshudy was identified as a driver in that crash, and officers smelled the odor of marijuana coming from inside his vehicle. Officers searched Tshudy’s vehicle which yielded 176.9g of marijuana packaged in four (4) separate baggies, thirty (30) pills of Adderall, two (2) lighters, and $690 in cash. Tshudy was arrested, processed, and taken to Central Arraignment.
