Strangulation Arrest, August 17, 2022, 100 block of Dickens Dr (LT) – Connor H. Sapp, M/25, of Lancaster, PA was charged with the above offense following a report of a victim being held against their will after being subjected to physical violence. The officer arrived at the address and Sapp answered the door with blood on his shirt. He stated that the victim was packing their bags and leaving. The victim came to the door with bloody wrists and severe bruising on their throat. The victim stated that they & Sapp were in an argument when he became angry and began strangling them. They believe the only reason he stopped choking them was that they passed out. She was transported to the hospital for treatment,
A criminal complaint was filed. Sapp was arraigned and his bail was set at $75,000 Unsecured.
