Burglary / Corruption of Minors / Simple Assault-Criminal Conspiracy Arrest, 800 block of Sterling Place (LT) – Najee A. Ramirez, M/24, of Lancaster, PA was charged with the above offenses following a dispatch for a reported fight in progress. Officers arrived and found the victim laying on the floor with visible injuries to her head and she complained of head and neck pain. She stated that she lost consciousness when being attacked. The victim told responding officers that four suspects went to her address to fight her. The victim was told that she had to fight the niece of Ramirez. The victim said she would not fight anyone and went inside the house. Ramirez entered the victim’s address after another involved suspect kicked in the front door. A witness identified four individuals that came to the address to engage in a fight with the victim. A witness observed Ramirez punching and striking the victim in her face, causing significant bruising and swelling. The victim was transported to a local hospital due to her injuries.
A criminal complaint was filed. Ramirez was taken into custody and detained at Lancaster County Prison during night duty court hours. Then released on unsecured bail.
