Strangulation / Harassment Arrest, Saturday July 2, 2022, 1900 block of Geraldson Dr. (MT) – Mensa Oquaye Nortey, M/42, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a reported fight. The victim reported that a verbal altercation turned physical. They said that Nortey tackled them onto a couch and used his right forearm to choke them. Nortey also tackled the victim to the ground.
A criminal complaint was filed and Nortley was taken into custody. Mensa Oquaye Nortley was arraigned before MDJ Witkonis and committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $100,000.
