Access Device Fraud Arrest, October 20 to 21, 2021, 300 block Bracken Drive (MT) – Barry Lee Morrison, Jr., M/30, of New Providence, PA, was charged with two (2) counts of the above offense after he used credit cards stolen from a vehicle parked at the above location. Morrison, Jr. used the cards to make, and attempt to make, a series of fraudulent purchases and ATM withdrawals. A criminal complaint was filed and an arrest warrant obtained. Morrison, Jr. remains a wanted person at this time.
