Aggravated Harassment by Prisoner, Terroristic Threats, Indecent exposure, Retail Theft, Disorderly Conduct, Public Drunkenness Arrest, November 9, 2022, Ruby Tuesday at 1294 Millerville Pk (LT) – Alec W. Keck, M/28, was charged with the above offenses following a report indecent exposure. It was reported that a male, later identified as Alec Keck, had pulled his pants down, while standing outside the establishment, exposing his genitalia to patrons. Shortly after this incident, a report of retail theft was reported at Wine and Spirits (1234 Millersville Pk) involving the same male who walked out of the store failing to pay for a bottle of vodka valued at $10.99. Keck was located in the parking lot attempting to get on a RRTA bus and passengers were attempting to detain Keck until police arrival due to his condition and behavior. Keck was found to be under the influence and was taken into custody. Another witness in this incident approached officers advising that Keck had walked in front of their vehicle and began yelling and screaming at them and proceeded to strike the vehicle with the stolen bottle of liquor three times. After being taken into custody, Keck spat on his officer two times and repeatedly stated that upon his release he was coming to the officer’s house where he would kill the officer, spouse, and children in their sleep.
Keck was taken into custody and transported to a local hospital.
