Strangulation / Harassment Arrest, 9:12 pm, Sunday, June 12, 2022, 100 Block Blossom Hill Dr (MT) – Hans Erik Janco, M/50, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following police response to a 911 call. Police were told by the victim that Janco placed both hands around their throat and impeded their breathing. Janco then struck the victim multiple times in the head with an open hand. Visible injuries were seen on the victim.
Janco was taken into custody, a criminal complaint was filed, and he was taken to Lancaster County Prison for arraignment. He was later released after posting $5000 bail.
