Simple Assault Arrest, 9:58 p.m., Saturday, December 5, 2020, 1400 Harrisburg Pike – United States Post Office (MT) – Kireen R. Hargrove, M/34, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he punched another person in the face three (3) times. The blows caused the victim redness to the skin and the temporary loss of peripheral vision. A criminal complaint was filed.
