Retail Theft Arrest, 6:51 pm, March 3, 2023, Walmart at 2030 Fruitville Pk (MT) – Jade Elaine Gusler, F/30, of Hummelstown, PA was charged with the above offense following a retail theft investigation. The officer arrived at Walmart and met with a loss prevention employee. This employee observed Jade Gusler enter the store and grab a reusable bag. Gusler then began to walk around the store selecting items and placing them inside the bag. After she was done selecting items, she walked to the front of the store, past all points of checkout, and exited the store without paying the full retail amount of $205.66. A records check showed that Gusler has two prior convictions for Retail Theft.
A criminal complaint was filed. An arrest by appointment was set up for Jade Elaine Gusler.
