Strangulation / Simple Assault / Criminal Mischief Arrest, 12:00-3:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 16, 2019, 1300 block Blue Jay Drive (MT) – Frank A. Doman, M/44, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses after he attacked another person during an argument. Doman grabbed the victim’s cell phone and smashed it upon a banister causing $845.00 in damage. Doman then forcefully grabbed the victim’s vagina, causing vaginal pain. Doman then physically picked up the victim and threw her onto the ground. The victim landed on her head, striking a concrete surface, which caused injuries. A criminal complaint was filed and an arrest warrant obtained. Doman remains a wanted person at this time.
