Firearms Carried w/o License / Simple Assault / Terroristic Threats / Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Wednesday, November 3, 2021, 1700 Blk Judie Ln (LT) – Samuel L. Cruz, M/20, Unknown Address, was charged with the above offenses after waving a firearm around a private residence following a domestic argument. He is ineligible to carry a concealed firearm. Cruz fled the scene prior to police arrival. A criminal complaint was filed and an Arrest Warrant was obtained. Cruz remains a wanted person at this time.
