Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Aggravated Indecent Assault of a Child, Unlawful Contact with Minor, Indecent Assault of Child, Corruption of Minors Arrest, November 30, 2022, 1300 block of Orchard St (MT) – George S. Cooke, M/62, of Lancaster, PA was charged with the above offenses following a receipt of a Child Welfare Report to Law Enforcement Official from the Lancaster County Children and Youth Social Services. The victim’s parent overheard a conversation between the victim and another person. The parent asked the victim what was going on and the victim told them that Cooke touched the victim’s private area. This was the first time the victim said anything about the incidents. It was reported, in several interviews, that Cooke licked and touched the victim’s groin area. He did this after he bribed the victim with access to a computer game. This occurred at Cooke’s residence. The victim had stayed overnight at Cooke’s house numerous times and slept in Cooke’s bedroom at those times.
A criminal complaint was filed. George S. Cooke was taken into custody and committed to Lancaster County Prison.
