Strangulation, Harassment Arrest, November 14, 2022, 2000 block of Coventry Rd (MT) – Angel Anthony Cirilo, M/31, of Lancaster, PA was charged with the above offense following a report of a domestic in progress. The victim was involved in a fight with Cirilo. The victim stated that Cirilo had pushed them against a wall and held them there with his hands around their throat and neck, impeding their breathing. Cirilo also pushed them onto a bed and held them there with his hands around their throat and neck, impeding their breathing again. The victim stated that Cirilo also used his hands to shove them around the room.
Angel Anthony Cirilo was taken into custody and transported the Lancaster County Prison for arraignment.
