Possession With Intent to Deliver Marijuana Arrest, 11:48 a.m., Wednesday, August 5, 2020, Route 30 East at New Holland Pike (MT) - Fernando Cervantes, M/22, of York, PA, was charged with the above offense following a traffic stop for speeding. Officers searched Cervantes' vehicle, which yielded one hundred (100) cannabis vape cartridges, six (6) bottles of cannabis-infused syrup, ten (10) packages of THC edibles, and $1,000.00 in cash. He was arrested, processed, and turned over to the Berks County Sheriff's Department on an outstanding warrant. He was subsequently released at a later time. A criminal complaint was filed and an arrest warrant obtained. Cervantes remains a wanted person at this time.
