Strangulation / Harassment Arrest, 10:24 a.m., Monday, April 25, 2022, 600 Blk Wyncroft Ln (LT) – Christian Barreras-Marrero, M/33, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses following a physical altercation. Police responded to a report of a disturbance. The victim reported that Barreras-Marrero had repeatedly pushed them, then eventually pushed them to the ground and squeezed their neck, cutting off their airway. The victim reported not being able to breathe. Barreras-Marrero was taken into custody onscene. A criminal complaint was filed. He was arraigned and committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail.
