Simple Assault / Criminal Trespass / Criminal Mischief Arrest, 3:13 a.m., Monday, August 23, 2021, 300 block Waterford Court (LT) – Brian Christopher Bair, M/36, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense following a domestic dispute. During the altercation, Bair entered a residence, where he did not belong, uninvited. Bair also refused to leave when ordered to do so. An argument ensued, and Bair struck another person in the face with an alcoholic beverage bottle, causing injury. Bair then fled the residence. While exiting, he smashed a window of a vehicle sitting in the victim’s driveway, causing $300.00 in damage. A criminal complaint was filed and an arrest warrant obtained. Bair remains a wanted person at this time.
