Holiday weekend results in 7 people charged

Seven people were charged with various offenses which occurred over the Independence Day weekend in Lititz.  The following people were charged:

07/05/2015 at 6:55 pm, police took into custody Ronald W. HENRY, 49, Lititz, in the 1st block of East Main Street for public drunkenness.  Police responded to a complaint of HENRY approaching people and acting suspiciously.  HENRY was under the influence of alcohol.  HENRY was released at his residence and was summoned into District Court.

07/05/2015 at 5:02 pm, police responded to an incident in the 200 block of North Lane after an officer observed suspicious activity.  David A. FURJANIC Sr., 38, Lititz, has been charged with disorderly conduct and has been summoned into District Court.

07/04/2015 at 9:52 pm, police responded to a complaint in the Lititz Springs Park after patrons reported a 15 year-old Lititz male juvenile attempting to remove items from the pockets of unsuspecting patrons.  The juvenile was under the combined influence of alcohol and K2 and was transported to the hospital for evaluation.  The juvenile will be charged with Underage drinking and Public drunkenness and will be summoned into District Court.

07/04/2015 at 10:56 pm, police responded to a complaint in the 300 block West Maple Street of a subject discarding his beer cans out of his vehicle.  Andrew R. REHKUGLER, 25, Conestoga has been cited with Scattering rubbish and was summoned into District Court.

07/04/2015 at 3:29 pm, police responded to an incident in the 1st block North Broad Street after an officer observed suspicious activity.  A 16 year-old Lititz female juvenile has been charged with Disorderly conduct and summoned into District Court.

07/04/2015 at 12:08 am, police responded to an incident in the 100 block East Front Street after an officer observed suspicious activity.  Benjamin J. KEENER, 18, Lititz has been charged with Disorderly conduct and has been summoned into District Court.

07/04/2015 at 1:49 am, police responded to an incident in the 400 block North Cedar Street after an officer observed suspicious activity.  Branden W. WEIR, 20, Ephrata has been charged with underage drinking and has been summoned into District Court.
