Criminal Mischief (Vandalism)

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:


On 01/10/2019, five reports of criminal mischief were reported to the LBPD. 

The first event involved the use of black spray paint which was used to deface the concession stand at the Lititz Springs Park. "KEK" was spray painted on the side of the concession stand.

The second event involved the use of black spray paint which was used to deface a vehicle to the rear of the Julius Sturgis Pretzel Bakery on East Main Street.  A vulgar image and vulgar word were spray painted on the hood of a company vehicle.

The third event involved the use of black spray pain which was used to deface a parked vehicle in the 200 Block of North Lane.  A vulgar image and vulgar word were spray painted on the vehicle.

The fourth event involved the use of black spray paint which was used to deface a speed limit sign in the 200 Block of North Lane to obscure the display of the posted speed limit.

The fifth event involved the use of black spray paint which was used to deface the side of a detached garage in the 200 Block of North Lane.  Vulgar words were spray painted on the side of the building.

All events are believed to have occurred sometime overnight between the evening of 01/09/2019 and the morning of 01/10/2019.
