LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 04/28/2022 around 11:53 AM in the 100 Block of East Main Street (SR0772).
A tractor-trailer driven by Tylor A. THOMAS, age 27, of Philadelphia, struck a legally parked vehicle which contained two occupants sitting inside. Both of those occupants were transported by ambulance for hospital-based care for non-life-threatening injuries. The parked vehicle required towing from the scene. A summary traffic citation has been filed against THOMAS alleging he committed the summary traffic offense of Driving on Roadways Laned for Travel. THOMAS has been summoned to respond to District Court.
THOMAS is presumed innocent.
