LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 02/09/2021 around 5:46 PM at the intersection of North Water Street & North Locust Street.
A vehicle driven by a 17 year-old female failed to stop at the posted stop sign and struck a vehicle driven by John D. FREY, age 64, of Manheim. No injuries were reported. The juvenile was issued a traffic citation alleging a violation of the PA Vehicle Code, section Duties at Stop Signs. The juvenile has been summoned to respond to District Court.
The juvenile is presumed innocent.
