LITITZ BOROUGH - The Borough of Lititz has declared a snow emergency. The declaration is effective today (12/16/2020), starting at 6:00 PM and will last until Friday (12/18/2020) at 12:00PM. This means that vehicles which are parked along the designated snow emergency routes must be moved before 6:00 PM tonight. Vehicles that are not moved will be towed. The streets which are designated as snow emergency routes are listed below, included on the attached map and are posted with signs:
- Entire distance of North Broad Street
- Entire distance of South Broad Street
- Entire distance of East Main Street
- Entire distance of East Orange Street
- Entire distance of West Orange Street
- Entire distance of North Water Street
- Entire distance of East Second Avenue
- Entire distance of South Oak Street
- East Front Street (between North Broad Street and North Water Street)
- West Second Avenue (between West Orange Street and West Lemon Street)
- West Lemon Street (between South Broad Street and West Second Avenue)
- North Lane (between North Water Street and Warwick EMS parking lot)
The following parking lots are available for public parking, with approximately 500 parking spaces available:
- Warwick Ambulance – North Lane
- Pierson Playground – South Cedar Street
- St. Paul’s Lutheran Church – West Orange Street
- St. Luke’s Church – North Broad Street
- Lititz Church of the Brethren – West Orange Street.
